    Anything EQ predicts IQ predicts better. EQ is just adding elements of agreeableness to IQ. It's rather cruel, really. Some people are just not born smart, and you're trucking them into thinking that's a personal failing. By hiding the elements that do matter, but you can't change. Behind the ones that don't, but you can change.

    • @physicalfinesse
      @physicalfinesse Місяць тому

      EQ and IQ don't predict anything. IQ is your ability to reason and EQ is your ability to manage your emotions. It has nothing to do with how smart you are and there is no such thing as a personal failing (unless FAIL is First Attempt In Learning) as your life journey is set out for your personal growth and development over time. This looks like a projection of your inner dialogue, so I think you might be missing the point here. Do go back and review the above and where this all comes from, be kind to yourself and I hope you can break free from the conditioning of the past.

    Interesting video. I just want to make sure I understand. When we recognize our thought patterns and behaviors we are simply watching them happen and labelling them, but we're doing nothing about it to actually change them. We need to go one step beyond just recognizing these behaviors and mental habits. We need to actually change them. Do I have this correct?

    • @physicalfinesse
      @physicalfinesse 6 місяців тому

      You would be correct, yes. Recognising is just being familiar with something, where you perhaps have seen it before i.e. reactions, habits, behaviours, patterns. The real work starts when we work on the awareness to see how these form our way of being and where they are potentially out of alignment because they were learned from someone else, or were created as survival adaptations or coping mechanisms in a sub-optimal environment. You would have outgrown them and they now need to be changed in line with the new identity you are creating or the person you are becoming. You would then need to go back to the root in order to identify where they originated, disassociate from them and start to wire in more aligned ways of being🔥✨

    Bro took the scenic route home. Hey, whatever you need to tell yourself to keep improving and growing into the person you want to become. I won’t judge but damn, what’s it like to live in your head for a day? 🤷🏻‍♂️ 😳

    • @physicalfinesse
      @physicalfinesse 7 місяців тому

      It's funny that you ask, but in simple terms, it's very quiet and clear. Gives me the platform upon which to connect the dots and work out how life works. Once you start your healing journey and aligning yourself with who you were meant to be, rather than who you've been conditioned to be, then all the voices in your head and nonsense chatter disappears. It gives you clarity and the space within which to grow to your full potential, or atleast bridge some of the growth gaps created over time. You can then explore all possibilities and see reality for what it truely is - beyond all the masks.

    "The trauma is the unprocessed event"

    • @physicalfinesse
      @physicalfinesse 8 місяців тому

      There are 3 main reasons as to why it is not processed. 1) Your nervous system wasn't able to cope at the time of the event and continues to lack a safe space to release. 2) You still have a lesson to learn from it for your growth and development. 3) You are not aligned to the truth of the situation and need to rewire your subconscious to make sense of it all - filling in any 'gaps' with the correct information

    There’s a whole bunch of stuff contributing to this, for example the normalising of mental illness… I have to work with people now who act in a horrid way towards people they don’t like but apparently you’re not allowed to confront them because they’ll fall to floor & cry & squark about being a victim etc.

    • @physicalfinesse
      @physicalfinesse 10 місяців тому

      Thank you for sharing! Challenging realities that are not aligned, optimal or shrouded in coping mechanisms or trauma responses is greatly needed for the benefit of all and like you say, confrontation isn't seen positively at present and this needs to change. Normalising mental illness is fine if it comes from a place of breaking the stigma. If it gets to the stage where it's widely accepted as "normal" with no view to balancing and healing, then that's going to become a problem.
