Why does goruck and shoulder strap only rucks prefer no hip belts? I’ve tried rucking with my shoulder-strap only bag and it’s beneficial but blood flow is constricted at my shoulder veins. I notice when I have more muscle and bigger traps, no hip belt rucking feels more beneficial-kind of like me trying to do a heavy CrossFit workout when being out of shape compared to CrossFit workout when I have a stronger core, legs, etc.

Great series of videos y'all! And I couldn't agree with Alex and Matt any more! These socks are the best for daily training, walking, running, and at the gym. If I'm outside in the elements I personally prefer your trail or compression calf socks for the extra protection, but when you don't need that - these are PERFECT! Great work y'all. Great product, and awesome video to promote them!!
