Try this: Settings for Virtual Desktop: in the PC app: preferred codec: HEVC OpenXR runtime: SteamVR in the VR app: VR quality: Ultra VR frame rate: 120fps VR bitrate: WIFI network dependant Gamma: 1.0 SSW: Always on Settings in SteamVR: 120fps Scaling 100% (set this manually) Settings in F1 2024: Hz/resolution applied from SteamVR automatically quality set to VR Medium Don't use DLSS. Use TAA with sharpening (This is one of the most important settings) Gamer PC specs: Intel i7-13700hx 16 GB RAM GeForce RTX 4070 laptop I'm getting great results with these settings. Nice clear image at 120fps on a laptop with a Quest 3. I'm sure this would work on your set up too.

Go to VR Settings ingame, there is something called locked horizon or something like that which you need to enable.

So cool dude! Just got my quest 3 and this was the first game I downloaded

I had to remove the original slider from the GOMRVR strap, and attach/fix it with a zip tie to the Quest 3. Works perfect, it's a great halo strap!!!
