just finished re-watching the series (last time was the 90's). This entire piece of music was just perfect, capping off an all round incredible ost.

Does anyone know who is actually the tenor singing here? I find his performance of Una furtiva the best!

Amano san's music was one of the most moving piece of music I've ever heard. And the OVA is a magnificent piece of artwork! At 1:20 I can still picture the mighty GR 1 igniting his rocket pack, after defeating that Big Fire robot, jetting off into the nightsky with Agent Ginrei, The Black Whirlwind and Daisaku leaving a glowing blast crater in his wake! Wondrous!

Wondrous...just wondrous. Amano san work was simply breathtaking imo.

My good god this is immaculate 👏 👏

I feel like this takes all of the ideas and emotional power of Dies Irae and channels them into a somehow equally, if not more brutal rendition of a nightmarish tragedy. Such a phenomenal recreation of an already phenomenal piece of opera. The sharp crashes superseded by a swelling cacophony goes incredibly hard, and is probably my favorite part of the entire track, which is saying something because the whole thing feels like it channels the imagery of Night on Bald Mountain with the same emotions of Asukas final stand in EoE, Absolutely beautiful track.

The melody is so great. It reminds of westerns
