It's crazy how great of a zombie game you can make in this game with mods. Fully customizable too you can put whatever mods you want to make the ideal experience for your personal taste it's not like you even have to copy what this guy is doing there's so many more mods you can use. One of the things I was able to do is make essentially open world resident evil with the headcanon of simply a worldwide outbreak happened in the resident evil universe. There's mods to use the official face models of resident evil characters ripped right from the resident evil games as your created character. I used this to play as Leon with ada being the wife in the beginning. There's mods to add Mr x to the world, replace the deathclaw with 2nd form nemesis, add resident evil save rooms you can find, add herbs, first aid sprays, replace diamond city guard outfits with blue umbrella (which I think is just an all around better look for them regardless of resident evil/zombie context) you can replace all the music in the game with resident evil soundtracks, you can add the samurai edge or any other modern gun that would make sense in resident evil, etc. it goes so deep. And on the walking dead side of things there's a Daryl model ripped right from death stranding you can use for your created character. There's also crossbow mods, a driveable motorcycle, along with the fact that sanctuary hills is very easily converted into Alexandria by simply putting a wall around the place. There's also mods to change the appearance of ghouls to be more of traditional zombies.

ok so after 7 months i finally watched this and i gotta say, i hate it, you make it seem like ur super passionate about content creation and have all this expensive equipment and that this was ur dream since childhood and yet all i see on ur channel are 4 short films where you put a lotta effort into...thats it? thats all ur passion for film making? and after making this one you just stop? i know how hard it can be to come up with video ideas and life coming in the way but if thats all you made with ur passion after 4 years then i think film making just aint it for you (and i cant take any of this serious after i saw ur video on you playing the imploding sub gmod map, good thing you took that down huh?)

For all the talk of being "modern saviors of the humanity" (in their own twisted crazy way) Institute was truly disappointing in vanilla. As with most thing with Bethesda who doesn't want any updates on their outdated engine, it was a small shiny kind of boring location. These mods give it at least how we all IMAGINED it should have looked like

Tales of the Commonwealth has a Railroad focused companion and questline. Neon Winter (CC) has you investigate a Noir Institute house to track down, and possibly help, a rogue AI. Railroad Redemption uses Settlement Shelters and adds some Railsigns and secret staches to several settlements. In the staches are legendary pistols made by Tinker Tom, and a trail of notes highlighting the story of intrigue that led to the Institute destroying the Switchboard. ...I'd find a way to make the Bunker Hill Safehouse the Mercer Safehouse, probably. Alternatively, "Railroad Radiant Quests are Side Quests" gives you a little control. Railroad Password Isn't Dumb (RAPID) changes the decoder to instead be randomized into five different options. And Look At Me: Railroad Edition Railroad Redone works with Elianora's Faction Housing - Railroad The Makeshift Nailgun, LAER, Charger Pistol, and Cross_Blades add weapons to the Railroad. There's also a mod or two for improving railway rifle attachments. Alternatively, ITO Institute Technology Overhaul - Weapons gives Railroad some kit bashed variants.

The game looks way better in the snow. I also downloaded hunkered down that makes civilian homes and places have warm fires and boarded up windows.

That's not an overhaul, you just destroyed and completely changed the game and the Institute.

Any mods to let you work wiyh the institute and another faction? I saw a video where Sarah Lyons its alive and somewhat suggest to work with the institute instead of destroying them, as they REALLY can help humanity
