You could put a sheet underneath on the lower rack, that way it catches all the drippings without making a mess in the oven. It’s easier to clean a sheet pan than dealing with a messy oven.

Howdy! You have a lot animals to take care of, I just watch. I am "a-feared" of Holstiens, got cornered by a bull one time, not good. We rent out to a farmer that runs angus, not a bad breed, but I have an appreciation of their size. They are curious. It's an adventure when they get out-yippy. Baby goats are cute! Started snowing here in Shenandoah Valley of VA about 8pm. Hoping for a good one, we need the moisture. Enjoy your videos. Be safe! Thank you.

Are the turkeys/birds always confined to a small area? Do you kill them? I'm an animal lover and couldn't kill. Turkeys are neat creatures, and love to roam. They eat lots of ticks. :)

I just found your channel and find your honesty inspiring. This has been a tough season for me too. My husband has been so sick this year. I too wasn’t sure if I could pull it together to decorate and create a joyful home. As it got closer I realized that it wasn’t about me! Not that I had forgotten but certainly was very distracted! Once I realized that I was able to hop into gear -we had a birthday to celebrate!! It was simple yet amazing and Our Lord used this time to change our hearts from sadness to hope❤

I to have struggled to be in the Christmas Spirit and I’ve heard other UA-camrs say the same. I’m not sure what it is, but I knew for my family I had to push on. I did and I think your home was so beautiful because it was simple and that’s what I love. It’s ok when we feel like this, but the real reason to celebrate is the birth of Jesus and that’s all that matters. A little can be beautiful when we celebrate the true reason of Christmas.

You put into words exactly how i felt this Christmas season. I had a tital knee replacement in Nov which may have a lot to do with my mood but before that I decorated everything inside and on the porches for the fall season. I just about decided to keep all tgat decor up for Christmas but didn't. I just put out a few candles and some little faux greenery I had and that was it. And Im ok with it. Glad to know im not the only one.
