The Manor House. 👍🧡♥✅☑✔🇬🇧 Nice photographs, bro. ✔ Although I only live down the road, on the Friar Park Estate, it's been literally decades since I last went around the grounds of The Manor House. 😊 (My eldest son live on Hall Green Road, which is the road outside of The Manor House, and I've visited him on many occasions. Each time I passed The Manor House, I kept getting it in my mind to have a walk around. Sadly, nothing ever came of my thoughts.) One thing that I noticed was that there's no longer a moat, which used to surround The Manor House building. 😢 As you mentioned The Manor House being haunted, I thought I'd add my two pence worth. I was about 11 or 12 when I first noticed someone in one of the upstairs rooms. (My mate actually saw a woman when we were playing football one evening on the large field that's behind The Manor House, watching us from a window, and he asked me if I could see her. We did actually go inside the building to ask who it might have been, but we were informed that no-one goes upstairs as the doors were locked, preventing access. This was in the late 1960s.) My wife worked there for a short time behind the bar, but we moved away from the area in the late 1970s or early 1980s. We've since returned to our present address on Friar Park.

That actual part of Tulip (Barrett's & Birds) your are recording is actually in Tipton, DY4 postcode. The West Brom part of the company was indeed up the road with the slaughterhouse but it's all been demolished. The Tipton/West Brom boarder is the last house opposite the church on Bagnall St 👍🏻 My dad worked at the different sites for 25 years but retired around 2008.

It is going to be 3stories high overlook the houses by it having no privacy I am one of those residents.
