@omarbalanzar8034 I have wasted over 500 bucks searching for the right foam. I have not found the right combination. I use to get all of my foam from Mike Smith Racing but I am not sure if he still sell foam or not. You might reach out to TM Racing Tires or find Mike Smith on the IMDRA facebook forum. Good luck.

The steel teeth portion of the gear is glued to the aluminum hub with JB Weld. The aluminum hub slips over the axle and set screwed to a flat spot on the axle. Hope this is clear.

I applied some dielectric grease to the plug and it went in much better! Thanks to U-Haul for suggestion!

It has been so long since I bought these so I am not sure of the part number. It is the one with the long middle section (belly).

I found me a place to test. I wasted parts, money, and time away from family and friends to find those numbers while someone else was eating potato chips and watching TV. No thanks.

First off it is probably your fuel that has gummed up inside the engine. I would try heating the block up and try to stick something through the exhaust port that wouldn't melt fast but wouldn't damage the piston and sleeve while rotating the flywheel. I would wear heavy-duty welding gloves. They also make sleeve removal tools but I have never used one. I have heard of people soaking the block in wd 40 but I wouldn't let it come in contact with orings or the silicone. WD 40 will attack certain rubber and silicone.

We run 55% in funny car, top fuel, prostock, and promod. Personally I only run funny car and I only run Byron Fuels Drag Strip blend that is no longer available. However you may be able to find some leftovers. Once I run out I will start mixing my own.

Too close and you will risk damaging the engine by crashing into the head button. Too close can also lead to too much heat and detonation, which is power loss. Too much clearance will decrease compression which could potentially lead to power loss but no potential damage to the engine.

Safer to stay at factory head deck settings until you are comfortable with making changes

@melcapone54 we do a lot of street/ no prep racing in NC.. But want to get into the prep racing like u guys @ the Rock. I want to build a direct drive small block, but I have to find the people who make the chassis
