Ik this was a while ago but did they ever fix it? I just had a similar issue it threw ankle breaker in but left it on bronze
@loring4295 nope support don't care about us 2k has always been shady in some practices.. me and my bf been in contact with them unfortunately they not gonna fix it. You can try to contact 2k support tho.

I recommend you Contact 2k support show them proof that you brought the hall of fame pass , and they gonna ask you for screen shots and a short video like mines , show them to cover your bases and do it soon before February 28 when the new terms of services updates...... I hope this helps.

We all have to contact 2k support and submit a ticket and show them proof of this, they said they going to investigate my issue I'm still waiting for them to reply and fix this im sure alot of players are affected by this.😒
