All I can say is give it a couple more listens from start to finish. Songs that I didn’t connect with on the first listen hit and other ones moved up, WILDFLOWER in particular. The instrumental outro on SKINNY is woven throughout the album- THE GREATEST ( “ I loved you. And I still do”) and BLUE.
I've given it some more lsitens since this video the album has for sure grown on me a ton!!!

Sadly I listened to it before I satrted doing reactions on this channel and I don't want to give a fake reaction but I love the album!!!
In the song "Wildflower", billie asked if she crossed the line. I think she did. She kind of "broke the girl code." The song is said to be about the last relationship billie was in. It was with a singer for a rock group The Neighbourhood. His name was Jesse Rutherford. He was in a long time relationship with a woman named Devon Lee Carson (who by the way owns a phone case company called Wildflower). When Jesse and Devon broke up, Billie was a shoulder to cry on for Devon. Months later, Billie ended up in a relationship with Jesse. But.. she was seeing Devon in the back of her mind..all the time. So she's asking.. did I cross the line?? I think that that may be the reason that the relationship with Jesse ended..because she felt bad and kept seeing Devon in the back of her mind.
Got it, that's a crazy position to be in but it definitely makes for a interesting song!
This album better get the awards it deserves. Its so good. That's all i'm gonna say.

Hi, you definitely should react to her debut album, its absolutely amazing!!! The Dinner was written from the stalker's point of view, based on a true story. Billie had a stalker who settled near her house, waited for her and said that he was Satan and she was his wife or something like that. He stalked her, broke into her house and left her. When he was imprisoned, he wrote her letters from there. Billie became paranoid because of him, she told how hard it was for her to leave the house.She felt like someone was following her and threatening her.
