a carrier furnace or any gas furnace can turn on and off repeatedly! that's hard on the furnace and doesn't heat your home efficiently. you can fix this at home yourself!!! save 💰 & do it yourself.

Been using Amsoil since the early 1980s in everything I owndefinitely a superior product.
It's a great product! And has greatly helped me in everything I own
Im doing an overkill airbag set up with an on board air tank and load leveler and this video was exactly what I needed to fully understand the workings of the leveler! Much appreciated
Glad it helped! Good luck
Are you an Amsoil Dealer Chip? davidnaus.myamsoil.com/
No I just use it
What is the purpose of the dump valve ? Can you explain where that little hose is going to ? TIA
Yes he is right
Thanks man. Any oil bypass os better than none
Not sure.
What’s the part number for that hub
Not sure, I bought the kit
wanting to add this to my Cat MXS, do you have some videos on how you did the pluming for the lines, I wanted to install my return line by the auxiliary dipstick port on the passenger sides o the line is not so low to the bottom of the pan but were did you tap to get your supply from?
I love amsoil oil, but they always run out of the bypass filters. I have changed over to the FS2500 bypass oil filter. I like it a lot more & does a far superior job!! Check it out for yourself
Shoot me a text 417-551-2351 I'll send you some pics
@@chipperfluffy i texted you the other day. Going to do this over the weekend. Just wondering where u got pressure by the turbo? and return to the oil pan?
You got best video others don't show the cover from shipping
Thanks man! I thought that was a major part at first😂
Thank you 👍I appreciate it
Running CAT oil filters helps as well.
How's that? I buy the ones with the smallest micron
I just changed the leveler on my 06 T600 after watching this video and it made it soooooo much easier than it would have been otherwise. Many thanks
Glad it helped man
Glad it helped. Kw & there upgrades😅
you will not have what?
Terrible video didn't finish the sentence 🤷🏾♂🤷🏾♂
I just installed one on our 07 379 and the little metal hands the spin on the metal for the horn screech and it’s so annoying lol
Put electric tape on them
@@chipperfluffy but then there would be no metal to metal for the horn connection

Have an issue with my valve control pushing the rear axle off the ground lol Lucky my airbags didn’t blow up Thank you for your video I need to try this tomorrow, going to replace the valve put a new one
Good luck man!
Best oil I’ve been using it in my Volvo d13 truck for almost 5 years now, couldn’t b happier
I'm still using it! I agree it's awesome!
Do you still have the dynasys apu?
I have had it over 2 years& still have it.
Do you still have the dynasys apu?
Yes!
@@chipperfluffy how’s it treating you so far? From the date of this video I’m assuming you had it for a while have you had any major issues or anything? Is it worth the money?
@@Herb305 any apu is gonna be a maintenance issue. I paid 7K for mine installed. Would I do it again?? YES!! I will do another video describing issues I have had and how I fixed them. But I use Amsoil oil in everything, the apu, the truck, the reefer unit. Man I can press that enough!! Do your maintenance & shit last longer! I paid 7k & it had 600 hrs on it. Om the Dynasys gen-2 make sure the following upgrades are done when purchased. 1. New radiator 2. Take the belt tensioner off, there is a self tensioning belt 3.fuel pump is new. 4. Keep 2-3 capacitors with you. They only last about 6-7 months. They are $8 on Amazon or eBay. Hell ya man an apu is worth it I save about 6-8k a year on average! If you want a new one, I suggest the Green APU
@@chipperfluffy why the green apu?
@@Herb305 I think iys the most dependable one in the market. You can replace parts on it from a local autoparts store
Did you use 15w40 or 10w30. I've seen owner ops use both which kinda confuses me because I always used 15w40 Rotella
I use Amsoil 15w40. Some guys use 10w30 because of "supposed" fuel economy. I think it has less protection 🤔 ... I'm sticking with 15w40
@@chipperfluffy I saw one video where the guy used 5w30. He sent me a link to review but I think that is way too thin for a diesel.
10w30 does not offer the same protection, but is easier for the oil pump to no e so I guess that makes it have less friction.
@@Truckinman2000 I agree, 15w40 is what trucks need, .maybe thicker in the summer. But hey whatever people want to do🤣
There is a trucker that uses Amsoil and the last truck he bought he said when that truck wears out he will retire. Know he posted on Amsoil website at 1.5 million miles and again at 2 million. I believe he used 10-30 for the first 1.5 million and then switched to 15-40 . His truck with Detroit engine had a recall for pistons at I think 500000 not sure but he said the engine transmission, both differentials and turbo are all original? That was several years ago don’t know if he has posted since?

Hello, sorry about muy english. 😅 I have one of these on a tráiler, but my problem is when the air dump comes to the valve, my reservoir line doesn't fill my air suspension, ay least i release the air dump line. (And previusly it doesn't work that way) Could yo please please give me some idea?
It sounds like you have a hose screwed into the wrong hole
Can you tell me the part number for the leveling
I took my old one into kw.. part# changed like 5 times
The part number is on the leveling valve can you please look it up I have an international 9400 I am having problem what the ones from international so I’m gonna change it completely and follow you guys thanks

@@chipperfluffy thank you very much
Brother when I switched my cummins over to Amsoil signature series I got 2 mpg increase. It has to do with the molecules being the same size physically and geometrically. It's like you got identical ball bearing oil film between bearings crank and cam. It reduces parasitic drag on the engine increasing fuel mileage. The only reason is because Amsoil is 100% chemically manufactured and not from petroleum oil. Amsoil is made not refined. All full synthetic oils only need to contain a minimum 25% synthetic content to be called full. That is the difference Amsoil is 100% all synthetic. Amsoil is the only oil that increased my fuel mileage ever.
Thanks for the vid man!
Thanks 🙏🏼

I also switched to amsoil oil! I'd recommend, doing that with a bypass oil filter. That amsoil has made the engine run smooth & I've do e 2 oil analysis test with results that can't be argued!
Thanks Chip! I've used it in gas engines before, but now I want to try it in my diesel.
What size are the three bolts my kit didn't include any?
I dont remember, sorry dude
Just curious how the wheel is holding up. I know the old United pacific wheels didn’t last. The clear would come off and be white under the “wood grain”
I've scratched a couple spots, but that was my fault!! So far its holding up great, had it about 8ish months.
How many miles?
Prolly 70-90k
Did get the amsoil heavy duty oil or the signature series oil?
Heavy duty oil, I still change it about 20k-25k.
@@chipperfluffy thanks chip do you think the signature series worth it?
@@classicjay7786 i don't. Because I change my oil every 20-25k
Just get the heavy duty, and do a regular service every 20-25k. The signature series is prolly better but I dont want to run my oil 80k!
@@chipperfluffy I agree that’s a long time to be running oil I’ll give the heavy duty oil a shot you still running it?
Man you help me BACK TIME to install my steering wheel on 2013 t660 kenworth. Thanks
Glad it helped you! Enjoy the new wheel man!
My wheel won’t go flush with the plasi s steering wheel colum there’s like a .5” gap when it’s fully tightene from the adapter to the plastic base with the turn signals idk what to do and it’s hard as fuck to turn it was never like this I can barley MOFE it with all my force I also used loctight
I'm not sure. I know you. An buy a different collar to cover that 5' gap. My sterring shaft only stuck out like 3'. Good luck man. Ps. I had to back my nut off because it was hard to turn also
