Still one of the best and most beautiful songs I’ve EVER heard.

I first saw Van at Newcastle City Hall in 1973 and the ticket was 60p, the best 60p I ever spent. He blew my mind that night with the Caledonia Soul Orchestra. Probably the best concert of my life. This song ranks forth in my favourite top four of Van's music, the others being Country Fair, Listen to the Lion and TB Sheets. Thanks Van for all the enjoyment you have given me since 1973 !

Yngwie may have overdone Yngwie over the years...perhaps he was a bit isolated musically, it happens to geniuses, but on this album he re-wrote melodic rock/metal more or less entirely. His knowledge of classical is vast and evident while still tastefully drawn on. I think many jazz fusion guys were also blown away, he has a superior technique to even Al DiMeola. He also isn't afraid to incorporate beauty where many Metalists feel that's not appropriate. Yngwie's legacy is massive. People will still be trying to emulate his vibrato and the cleanness of his attack generations from now.

I am a 29 year old guy from Spain and I used to play this song for my grandma a lot. She loved it. I deal with a lot of death anxiety and suffer from existentialism. The first day of August was a special day in my hometown, we celebrate the day of our saint and she loved it. I was so sad and desperate and I asked her to appear or to give me a sign while I kept crying and right in the moment I finished asking, a distant family member sent me a video of her, right in the EXACT moment I asked for her to give me a sign.
