@@kreadive Oh no. I didn't get mine replaced due to fine print in my extended warranty contract. Figured I'd just live with it. I'm going to try one more thing...replacing all fuses related to the head unit and rear view mirror after I disconnect the battery. If that doesn't work, so be it.
@@sherrymcwaters1794 Mine was covered under warranty but still not working. I think my issue is that I don't have a USIM number in the Blue Link settings. Neither Blue Link nor Hyundai can figure it out. It's so annoying! Let me know if that ends up working for you! I asked in a Tucson Facebook group and one of the members said for me to maybe try swapping out the antenna on my car. Not sure if that would fix it or not but I might ask next week when I'm there for an oil change.
@@kreadive I'll definitely let you know. With this being a common problem, I'm surprised there's no resolution, yet. Mine was working fine. I canceled the subscription. Renewed it and it never worked once renewed. Keep me posted.
good luck.... bought mine and hasn't worked yet.... keep getting told to go to the dealer and after multiple trips dealer still says they can't do anything

Dealer said the only solution is to replace the head unit ($3K). Thankfully (and miraculously), my extended warranty covers it.
I just had my head unit replaced and it did not fix the issue 🙄

How can I disable the communications so the car cannot report to Blue Link etc?
