Easiest Way To Upgrade Your Landscape Trailer Jack
Love it. I'm going to do this exact design for my trash bin pad. My question is that if you lay concrete, won't it be impossible to replace or resettle the pavers in the future?
No you could chip it off easily if need be. You could also use plastic edge restrain instead of concrete if you wanted i just prefer the concrete.
Basic Hand Tools 1. Excavator Great tips! I am thinking to do a paver pad for my garbage bins, this gives me a great idea of the process and what I might need.
😄 yeah everyone should have a excavator laying around somewhere
Just what I was looking for! Thank you! Awesome job❤
What if you’re trying to match the level of an existing patio
Just set your screed bars at the right depth depending on your paver thickness. And go about 1/4" higher because the sand will compact that much.
too long
I have a similar 2000 Bobcat 331 and the right pedal for the arm articulation doesn’t work. I think the linkage is bend. How do I remove that 6” floor plate that has the drive controls and pedals? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Excellent job!
Thank you!
Came out dope brotha 🫡💪🏽
the only part of sand that is compacted is where you are kneeling, so the rest of the sand will sink after after the slabs are laid.
That is by design, you lay the pavers then compact them into the sand
i rebuilt my 337 swivel joint , very similar to yours. Mine had scoring in the bore so i lightly honed it. It lasted a couple hundred hours then started leaking again. Im guessing the scores will tear up the seals quickly. Cant get a new swivel for mine anymore and nothing seems to be out there used either.
Very good info : from start to finish. Thank you.
Have you guys ever had a problem with the Magnetic lockout switch for hydraulics when you throw the arm down? My light will light up for a second but then go away, and then sometimes it will turn on and be just fine.
This is a weird song for this video 😐😐😐
Fuck it mask off
@beaufortner that lever that fixed your thumb is to switch the aux hydraulics to 2-way or 1-way (for example a hammer). It's trying to show you dripping oil in to a tank or pumping it I guess lol
Oh OK, that makes sense thanks!
The video would have been nice if the music had been left off!
Why that stupid fuc)<ing song?!
man thank you so much for this, you helped me find the courage to get my 344 fixed up, where is southern hydraulics? I may need to have the same part rebuilt, keep on rocking brother.
Just now seeing this. It's in Charlotte nc, yeah man I put it off for a while but it really wasn't anything but some time and a little money.
Where are you located? Want to help be rebuild a 334 in MS?
Holy jungle monster! How does something get that far out of hand???
What was the purpose of the galvanized pipe?
Probably to level the sand
They are rigid they won't flex or bow like pcv pipe..you'll get a flat surface everytime
I lov that dogs
Welldone good jobs, im from malaysia KL.
Nice, thank you man!
Wait till you have to replace the slew bearing lol. I just replaced mine in my 331D.
It rough to do?
@@beaufortner it is when you do it yourself. Having a second person would definitely make it a lot easier. Asking a friend to help with that is like asking them to help you move they disappear 😂
@@metooid 🤣 how many hours did you have to do it at?
Why not install the greaseable shackle bolts with the grease zerk facing the other direction ( facing inboard) so they could all be greased with the tire/wheel assemblies installed ? Or leave the zerks facing outboard and change out the straight zerks to 90 degree zerks to allow for tire /wheel clearance when greasing.?
Not a bad idea
That is a lot of hard work but that patio will last as long as the does. Great job guys.
Thank you!
Hey what is that tool called what’s the real name because I’ve been trying to look for one
It's called a bed redefiner
Thank you, great information
Thanks for watching!
Паааершге
Sorry im blowing you up here, id love to see some pics of later when it actually does turn green.
😂 no worries man I really appreciate the comments. Yeah it's zoysia it's a warm season grass it goes dormant in the winter, it will be greening up soon I'll post some pictures when it does. Yeah it is a bit lighter and it'll live here without irritation.
Its a tan shagg carpet. Lol
Thats like rolling out a shirt on the dirt. Looks so much easier than 2 inch thick green water soaked stuff grown in clay. Looks so much easier, but arround here if you werent laying green sod down your getting fired. So this is fascinating.
No sprinklers needed i guess? Thats some magical stuff.
I have done a ton of sod, but never seen anything that looks like that. It looks dead, but i guess thats how that stuff starts out. 2 things to say about that, one is that when all the sod is green people tend to freak out after brown seams show up, eventhough they go away in a few weeks. The other point is that stuff looks so much lighter than the stuff we used, that after setting 5000 sq ft in a day you really feel that weight. I would imagine it would be a little cheaper, but so much sod is grown up here in the northwest its pretty resonable.
We bought a lot of those stupid 11 dollar couplings, its hard to tell how much time you lost doing that. Looks like a fun project.
That red dirt looks so easy to work with. We had a kabota that worked pretty well for thats stuff.
Yeah man, that north Carolina clay isn't too bad to work in, when it's not too wet
Not sure where you guys are from, but thats some of the craziest looking sand i have ever seen. Flaming orange. Looks good, ive done some projects like that, ive never used those poles to skreet, but i guess its a time saver. We just got very good at skreeting long stretches.
Looks like I’m going to have to redo my pad at the bottom of the steps.
Go for man, if you have any questions let me know!
I like how you do all the work and your employees just stand around looking confused.
If you wake them do work they quit.
What does that tell you, homeowner???
Never use a level (an expensive tool) as a screed board!!! You want that level to be accurate, never use it like that!!! Use a straight board, the middle ofa walkway should be slightly higher than the outer edge (water run-off) the only things that should be level are the outer edges, other than that use a board, duh!!! Every one of these, you see a homeowner using a level, you see contractors using a screed board!!!
It's a patio not a walkway. To each his own, on the level though 🤷. Thanks for watching tho bro.
it's a bit too big for me
Thats what every man wants to hear
Hit it boy! 💩
🤣 I guess I paid for that one
