Congratulations on Losing 16b. That's really good I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables too. It really does help and also drinking lots of water. You can also add fruit to your water. If you don't want it to be boring. Your hair looks pretty good instead of using curling irons all the time. Get you those long foam. You probably wouldn't need the small ones for it now and roll those up in your hair. You just roll and then bend them over to allow them to stay closed and you will have some curls like that..
