Man I also checked out those Astronauts' matches in GCW. They were pretty basic but very good. I am still deciding if Ospreay/Oku is worth watching, the 47 minutes scare me (especially from these two😅).

What a run!

When it's all said in done, probably will end up being my favorite wrestler ever. If he is not already. Ospreay is one of those guys you can do a top 100 for. Ospreay vs Shingo Bosj Final is my #1. But you can't go wrong when it comes to his best.

What are your thoughts on the future of New Japan with Ospreay leaving, Okada potentially going overseas, all the foreigners talking about their contracts expiring and all the ex WWE guys coming in.

Great reign, great matches. But I hope they consider a division change. I know they won't but to me, he has been stale for a while. Imagine the bangers he could have as a heavyweight. IMO of course. If not lets hope he matches up with the fresher juniors.

Great championship review

This was hos best reign. He not only put on great title bouts, he helped to put more eyes on junior wrestlers by producing the junior festivals in Japan and Amroth. He even crossed over to DG and DDT and faced some of their wrestlers in special singles matches.

Man today I watched for the first time Ilja vs Dijak from Battleground and it was astonishingly good! For me that's NXT's best match in 2023, but my list is very close to yours👌🏻👌🏻

Show was so mid lmao. Kingston/ mox and Copeland/ cage delivered. The devil reveal was cool despite it being predictable. I wish Aew could had end thr year on a higher note.
