Hello Kainat travel officials, I am a regular and really ancient traveller through kainat travels for the last 6 years and the major distinguishing character of Kainat travels was their cleanness and punctuality of timings. But now I am really disappointed by your services which is going worst day by day in terms of punctuality of timings. Today (8/10/2024) my family has travelled from Karachi to Rawalpindi through sleeper bus, the official timing was 6 Pm from sohrab Goth, Karachi. We have arrived at the terminal at 5:45 pm. My family has exhausted for More than one hour, the bus staff was just waiting for few travellers for one hour and it's not acceptable for us as a professional and regular traveller if you keep doing this kind of non punctual activities ultimately you will lose the trust of people. The bus departed one hour late and after that the staff announces the apology about worst condition of AC almost no cooling and non working LCD screens (tablets). Is it acceptable?? There were no cold water, No Proper AC, no charging slots for mobiles, non working tablets. The host was really non professional person and didn't answer the queries of passengers properly even the childrens was crying due to hunger. And he didn't serve the dinner till 12 Am night time. We have called Many times on your helpline and there was no response from them. Your sleeper service is just like the cage of animals.
