I used to look on RA first but now that there is precisely 0 customer service and straight up wrong parts listings with inaccurate pictures Rockauto is starting to suck donkey balls. I bought rear shocks for my motorhome and they were wrong. The only thing you can do is send them back and with no guarantee they will send the right ones next time. Also you pay for the shipping back for a mistake on their end?!? So now it’s Amazon or parts geek where if they mess it up they at least pay the return shipping.

Great podcast. Rockauto is my go to catalog to buy and purchase parts. The O'reilley and Autozone in every town around me sells parts I am not comfortable using due to poor quality and OEM prices. Their staff at these places are also hit or miss. I would love to see Rockauto get a reman transmission supplier again. I have used a few remans with great success and at a reasonable price. I can see the complications though. A lot of the newer transmissions have the TCM built into the trans that requires a reflash.
