I am a grinder. Ive tried mouth guards and all that happened was the soft rubbery one i literally chewed all night long. The 2 acrylic ones...i bit them suckers clean in half. I have broken and almost swallowed my molar from years of grinding. Now, i wake up in the middle of the night because im grinding my from top teeth. And now the 2 front top teeth are chipped and uneven...what do i do to makes them the same lenth, size and so the chips r filled in? ANY ADVICE WILL BE 100% HELPFUL

I'm jealous of anyone with teeth. I've got the absolute worst with every single tooth I have.. I would bet the best dentist that it's not fixable in any way... It's sucks and I just turned 41. Lost almost everyone to cancer. Parents, alot of my family and now my husband.. I hate this pain in my entire month. I don't laugh already so losing my smile took my freedom all over again...
