Vol. pot is double stack(Push-Pull Mid-Freq. range) B250K type and then Pickup Wiring is only parallel. Thank you

May I simulate a 2d extrusion die + billet Mounting and calculate the load applied to the billet? 🤔
Is "2d extrusion die + billet" a 2D topology(2D-Axisymmetric area)? Then you can use 3D axisymmetric elements. "calculate the load applied" is using F/D((Load Vs Deflection) curve obtained in the Ansys chat/table icon

Hi! Thanks for watching... In general mechanism/system design, stiffness and structural strength must be considered in the order, Modal - Response Harmonic - Structural Transient analysis would be good.

What is quasi-static analysis?
Semi-static analysis using dynamic transient analysis form and process. Therefore, quasi-static analysis is also a response of E value, and only the format uses time steps.

The BB1000MA / BB3000MA is - Bolt on / Neck thru - Rosewood / Ebony fingerboard & Chile inlay - 1Piece / 5Piece Maple neck with mahogany Other specifications are almost the same! Thanks~~~
