I don't understand it, we're waiting so long for the products, in inart gandalf I had a problem with a missing hand, now inart aragorn I'm missing a cloak, what's wrong with you? and I've been waiting for a response from support for almost 1 year, it's really unprofessional and I forgot to add that you only reply when someone praises you and ignore people who find mistakes.

This must be one the best 1/6 scale figures I've ever seen! Need to get it in my collection ASAP ;)

How about being clearer with people as to what is included with their purchases and what isn't. Inart's practices are getting scummier and scummier and scammier and scammier with every release. Not including the Ranger Cape with all preorders of Aragorn but leading people to believe they were is disgusting and dishonest. Not to mention influencer batches and hiding a whole bunch of QC issues that were even in THOSE batches and just arranging to replace those parts with "influencers" behind the scenes, provided they didn't publish about it... Love their figures but I'm really starting to go off Inart at this point

Sorry but I have to say I'm not totally happy with this Joker. I'm talking about the lossy joints in the ankles. I had the figure in museum pose for about 1 year and it was ok ,until one day it fells forward. Now it can't rest in museum pose more than 3 or 4 days. It fells forward or backwards depending on how millimeters are the upper body forwards or backwards. It's not possible to use any other pose for the same reason, at the end the ankle lose the capacity of stay in place and finally fells. The only solution that I'm thinking about is to buy a crouchbase for secure it. InArt do you have any solution for this? How many people have the same lossy ankles problems? Thanks

Use joints for your figures and get rid of these stupid magnets that you are using for the bodies.

Frustrating that the Ranger cloak isn't included in any orders from retails yet you show it. Common Inart seriously? Unless it's a global license don't do your customers dirty like this, hardly fair to those who can't order direct from you due to licensing.

Great job! I hope you release a Harry Potter version for Quidditch. We need the INART version! 👏👏

The rooted hair prototype is good for sure, but you’ll never get the same level of detail when you received the final product, which I understand and ok with it, but the downgrade on the hair color and rooted hair are huge. Sorry to say that but the mass released version is a truly disappointment. It’s obviously QC & craftsmanship issues. It has white dots left on the hair from the hair product they used to style the hair, length & thickness varies vastly between different batches, the cutting of the hair is very sloppy as well, looks like they chopped it off with one-cut with absolutely no layer & transition at all, very strong amateur feeling to it. I’ve been waiting for this figure but the final product you guys delivered is truly disappointing. Not here to spread hate but really wanted you guys to work on that, you can’t rush out orders with such quality, I used to have faith in Inart but now I doubt that a lot, at least the rooted hair Joker Hot toys just released is way better and way consistent in quality throughout the entire batch compared to Inart. If rooted hair is what you most proud of your products, ironically, as a customer & figure collector I can tell you the most let down aspect of your mass produced figure is the hair, even for the plastic sculpted hair version, it’s like a bowl of spaghetti spilled on Harry’s head.

Thank you InArt, unboxing my premium edition literally had me smiling ear to ear the whole time. It is now one of my favorite pieces in my collection. You can really tell all the love and detail that went into it. I haven’t stopped looking at it when I enter the room

Please put the belts, holsters, etc. on the figure prior to sending it to collectors. We're buying figures, not model kits. I don't want to be fiddling with small belts and straps.
