where can I buy this A2 metal cutting envelope die? I can't this size anywhere, Also, I have a Sizzix cutting machine which only have a 6" wide cutting area, What did you use to cut this die with?

Greetings! The sides are not sticky, only the top and the bottom are.
What size are the dowels in the box?
