Boy, I remember the day I passed my bar exam! What a mixture of emotions - happiness, relief and some sadness that my dad had died the year before and couldn’t see what I accomplished with his help.

Just like the other comment, my take on the way you come across and I'm 63 years old, being kinder and gentler, goes a long way. Permission to approach the bench, Your Honor 😅 There are transition phrases in other Bar Prep videos that are taught. Eg. Moreover, in addition to, etc. Instead of "if you don't believe me, I don't know about you, etc al." I rest my case. 😅

Great video! At 1:00:25, the course instructor, Jason, mentioned that there are model/sample answers on the state bar's website that do not have any headings or any other type of formats. They are just long massive texts. I guess headings aren't as important as they are made out to be. Thanks for this video!

How are some students part of One timers and some are not? Is this entire program One Timers? @Jason if you want "control" of mute buttons etc you need to be made a "co-host".

It is true that if you do not pass the baby bar within 3 tries you need to start Law school at the beginning of your 2nd year ---- your 1st year still counts ---- also KK rumor has it, is not in law school she is challenging the bar with apprenticeship --- which seems like true nonsense? But I am no expert on the apprenticeship route!

My Contracts essay was published for the Baby Bar (FYLSE) I received a 90, they did give me back my actual written essays (blue books in the mail) because I was a writer, and that's how I knew they published mine. For the Bar exam it is different of course.

"Harry did not tell W about his winnings or investment account because she did not approve of gambling" - could this be geared towards the dissolution awards-- W can argue that H defrauded her thus she may get more $$ @ dissolution? This will most likely fail but that is something I did come up with after listening to your video for Q1.

I have been with Jason from the beginning as a 1L in law school. I passed the First Year law exam with one try as well as The BIG ONE, The California Bar Exam. I am a BONA FIDE ONE-TIMER. Listen to Jason he knows what he is doing.

Congratulations on finishing the bar exam. I'm sure a lot of you were happy to see what the examiners tested on the essays, especially since last Saturday we went through almost the exact same issues that were on Question 1 in the Civil Procedure essay. And just like we discussed, the examiners went with three MBE subjects (Federal Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Torts), PR, and one CA specific essay (Wills with a touch of Community Property).

These are so helpful. I wish you had more!
