Tank Train P1 - Tren de Tanques P1
This is one of my Favorite Trains. The line of Endless Short Tank Cars (called Beer Cans) is really beautiful.
Part 1 covers the Trip from Moín (Lower Level) to Ciruelas (2nd Level).
Este es uno de mis Trenes Favoritos. La línea Sin Fin de Carros Tanques Cortos (llamados Latas de Cerveza) es realmente bella.

Muy bueno, lástima que no pude ir pero estos días estoy con mucho trabajo y además se nos volvió a dañar uno de los carros, así que no tenía transporte, la lluvia no me importa a mí, pero con tanto que hacer se me imposibilita, espero que en poco tiempo ya se normalice. Saludos, muy bonito ese tren largo de boxes, definitivamente mi tipo favorito de vagón.

Juan, Gracias por sus lindos comentarios. Llevo 35 años construyendo esta maqueta que empezó con solo el cuarto donde está Escalante. Yo vivo en San José, Costa Rica. San José está en el Valle Central junto con Curridabat, Los Yoses, Escalante, San Pedro, PLaza Víquez y El Pacífico (este es el Nivel Principal). El 2do Nivel incluye más pueblos del Valle Central como Orotina, Cebadilla, Turrúcares, Río Grande, Ciruelas, Belén y Alajuela. De Orotina sale el Ramal hacia la costa del Pacífico (3er Nivel) donde están Caldera, Chacarita, 20 de Noviembre, El Roble y Puntarenas (fin de la línea). De Escalante sale el Ramal de La Estrella hacia la Costa del Atlántico (Nivel Inferior) donde están Siquirres, Pacuarito, 28 Millas, Moín, Recope, y El Valle de La Estrella donde hay un lazo de retorno. Cada vez salen mejor esos videos, muy bien. De verdad que se disfruta mucho!!! Aunque yo siento que deberíamos empezar a hacer operaciones, no en todo el tren, pero por lo menos entre dos pueblos, un "turn", para que sea un poco más dinámico el rato.

Muy bien, lástima que ayer no pude ir. Quedó muy bueno el video. La prueba de la Cab Forward debía ser con vagones, solo eso les faltó.
Gracias Victor. No probamos con vagones porque queríamos ver si daba una vuelta primero. Es un poco rígida y le falta presión en el boogie de adelante. Yo sospecho que con un tren pesado se descarrilaría un toque más.

Your configuring issue would make me nervous to take my equipment to other layouts and vice versa. I always cross my fingers every time I change my latest loco acquisition's address as it is!
Yes! And this is not the 1st time this happens to me. One problem is that I have a Digitrax DCS that requires a programming Track for Broadcast Commands, where as other friends have a DB150 which doesn´t and sends the Broadcast commands to the Mainline... Still there is no excuse! I have to be more careful!
Good looking SP units...but then again, I'd expect nothing less from Scale Trains.

Muy bueno, como siempre. Nada más un detalle, según mi investigación, cuando se están dejando vagones se empieza de la parte de atrás del tren para adelante, así se supone que hay menos movimientos. Eso es lo que se hace en la realidad. Y es running, no runing.
Gracias por la corrección. Con respecto a poner los vagones que van para Chacarita atrás, no sería ni lo mejor ni lo correcto, por como están orientadas las Industrias en Chacarita (en la Parte 3 podés apreciar que el Tren no puede entrar a Chacarita). Un gran Abrazo!

Sí podés traerla. Mi dirección es en Curridabat, de la Galera, 300 mts al Este, carretera vieja a 3 Ríos. Ahí, de la BMW 100 mts Norte. Casa esquinera a la Izquierda.

YES! 7 Hoppers were damaged. Basically their trucks broke with no repair possible. Fortunately, I found some old trucks that I managed to fit and all 7 Hoppers are now in working order!!!

Thanks Tim, I really like doing switching, however it is time consuming (which is fine for me) and most people don´t have the patience to watch all the operation, so a lot of editing has to happen to keep the videos short. Nevertheless, I enjoy making these videos and hope you enjoy them too.

RDC: Rail Diesel Car o en Español Vagón Propulsado por Diesel cuando es un solo vagón. En este caso sí sería más apropiado el término DMU, Gracias.
Y qué es un dmu?
DMU: Diesel Multiple Unit que sería lo mismo que MRDC o Multiple Rail Diesel Cars...
