I really like your videos, I’ve watched every one. Im almost 17 and I’m trying to improve myself. I have good habits and routines (gym, hygiene, etc.) but Im finding it hardest to improve myself socially. I’ve worked on my confidence a lot but still when I’m with friends or people from school I end up acting and speaking in a manner that is very childlike, and I get home and always regret how I’ve acted and spoke. Can you make a video or respond with some advice on how to improve this? Kind of how to stop being weird or a bitch?

Seriously respect the video bro, I am 20 years old and I’m a bricklayer, I have issues with ketamine i struggle, I have a girlfriend live in a flat and have a job stuff is going well but I feel like my own worst enemy like I’m not doing enough or I’m doing everything wrong, I do try but I feel like shit is so hard all the time man I go the gym after work then come home and sleep , shit is weird in these times man I can’t b alone thinking the world around me is crazy atm, hope shit gets better, good vid bro helped a lot 👍
