what is app variable if you could explain ?
App variables (application variables) are the variables that can be used to configure the settings that the tool provides. There can be many options depending on the tradeoff between runtime and accuracy. We got to choose the one which best suites our analysis

why does slew gets better for inverter than buffer ( In CMOS technology ,buffer is a cascade of 2 inverters , so the slew should be better for buffer right?)? why Area of inverter is more than buffer( in CMOS we implement Buffer with 2 inverters )?
