Maybe it's the music? And the fact that a "Roli" being unexplained in the video makes everything difficult to understand besides a speedrun

Gamecube is little difficult to play because you have to look at a certain way to throw pikmin but on wii and switch its simple to aim the pointer where you are going to throw the pikmin

Nice video I just started speed running and it’s really fun!
there really is so much dialogue in pikmin 4. not to mention side quests, currency, npcs. trying to speed through it makes it that much more obvious how the “stranded in the wild” setting clashes with the new direction. of course, it’s still a great game. just an observation.

This run got seriously dicey near the end. The second snitchbug constantly hounding you was so annoying, but the decision to ignore it was definitely the optimal play. And then that yellow just deciding it didn't want to live anymore in Final Trial? And the Emperor Bulblax fight with all of its complications? Wow.

Why did the water wraith not spawn in the normal floors in the submerged castle. Was that a GameCube thing only or am I bugging
water wraith spawns after 5 mins. the floor was completed in under 5 mins.

At 4:16:51, why didn't you burp the bird to kill it right away? It seemed so strange to me how this battle went.
if you bitter a boss they take less damage so i needed to wait until he was at low health and had a lot of pikmin on it (cycle 1 and 2 i messed up)

hey man great run, your skills are crazy and it was a really entertaining watch, i’ve been wanting to get into pikmin speedrunning for a while now, how would you recommend getting into it?
thanks! i would recommend joining the speedrunning discord (which can be found on speedrun.com for any pikmin game) and learning whatever run feels best to you. all the pikmin speedruns are very different to each other so run whatever you prefer

then why is it first place on src? maybe learn what youre talking about before you comment, it takes 1 fucking minute to search up the leaderboard and see that hd is a seperate category than gc😂
It’s the same game though nothing changed but graphics it’s just on switch im sure it will be beat eventually but good job and my apologies
@@evasivenesscana240 actually a lot changes, several glitches are patched, the controls are worse, and the loads are slower.

After 390 attempts, I got first clear! Really fun level!
Also small building tip for future levels, at 0:11 put hidden blocks directly above the mole, otherwise you can get into the dry shell directly without holding run

I just finished all parts in 9 days (2days in each area) and that was a struggle, I don’t know how people reduce it even more

@@sbudiver_ just small things happen that affect things. A lot of leaf affect damage output and speed. Bugbears waking up and removing carriers, that sort of thing
