The problem really was the progression no way should be in the dark for hours not knowing when things were opening up. I drag Call of Duty all the time yet you KNOW what you're getting each time you level. Whoever thought keeping the players in the dark was a fool, they had to be blind to their own development. So THEY knew what was coming yet that doesn't work with players especially when people LOSE. If they're losing and feeling stuck having them doing the same thing over and over isn't good game design. Keep losing for 5 more hours it'll get better... Games have 3 hours and Exoprimal spent all of them. Plus people KNEW that this was CLEARLY a Dino Crisis which was snubbed for another weird Capcom game they abandon soon after release.

The actual reason why it happened is because of netease corporal greed.shame it had it's own outcome

So, 2 days ago my friend said to me on WhatsApp that SMC is gonna get terminated. I was SHOCKED. Then I checked the notice and it's already been 2 days when the download portals were taken off. Now on January 20 2025, entire game will be. Let me tell you something. I didn't get any friends or girlfriends or whatever. SMC was my most favourite game #1 only because how unique it was and that manga style graphics of alpha city, transforming to mechas and a lot of things. I haven't seen any other PC or mobile games with the level of asymmetry of SMC. Imagine when 4 rounds of Ion canon can't destroy a mecha.

Biggest issue for me was no cross invite. And yes fighting full fucking 4stacks while I’m stuck with dumdasses with no idea what they are doing

I loved this game. Hundreds of hours and multiple level 100 suits. Eventually I only started playing pvp as the missions started getting stale and pvp made things a bit more interesting playing against different people but as the player base dropped, I would just end up playing with the same people over and over. One of my biggest complaints was getting put into one of those story missions or events even if I selected pvp only. I understand newer players have to complete the story too, but with how frequent it was happening, i would get back to back games in a mode I didnt even want to participate in. The last time I played was during the monster hunter collab and the amount of times I would get the Rathalos fight was really off putting.

I think they should have moved pvp and pve into separate modes, like space marine 2. And dedicated story mode above all else. Add new a map every now and then. And couple new suits. And progression like 4x faster. I really loved this game, but it feels like they made it just to get money from microsoft for putting it in their game pass on release day. Everything in this game after release was just like dying on life support, with zero interest on improvement or additions to the game.

The ex suits shouldn’t have had personalities. I think that was a mistake to begin with. Because the change in demeanor never was explained. What they should’ve done was made a lot of the weapons interchangeable and found a way to add some replayability. Have they done this it would’ve opened many doors for customization, and Different team dynamics. I just didn’t understand why the suits had accents and personalities and genders.

Panther is at a disadvantage fighting against other close combatants, ironically because they can shoot; and they parry and attack, while panther has to rotate between sword and shield.

The best way to deal with Tricera is energy weaponry, which goes through its shield.

Tricera was too powerful especially against other close combatants, it shouldn't have stun, boxing, drone axes, and unblockable attacks all at once.

Hurricane is kidda weak against close combat breakers.
