The only halal form of organ donation, according to the majority of scholars, is living donor organ donation. Donation of blood, bone marrow, a portion of liver, one kidney, and other organs removing which does not affect life or quality of life is halal. But donating a heart, lungs, whole liver, both kidneys, pancreas, intestines, eyes, and other organs after death or brain death is completely haram. Plus, there is one more thing. The most of the organs donated after death or brain death are najis. Now, dead animal, flowing blood, pork, and an animal sacrificed on the name of someone other than Allah become halal in extreme cases (if the intention is saving life) because, though they're najis, we can still purify ourselves once we're out of danger. Speaking Kalima e Kufr in extreme cases is halal if the person has Iman in their heart. But if someone has to live with something najis, won't their body be najis? For example, if someone has a lung transplant, and the lungs are donated by someone after death or brain death, these lungs will be najis, and the person will have to live with them. Same applies to biological heart valves. If they're obtained from pigs or dead or brain dead donors, they will be najis, and the replacement with a human's valve will be haram.

1:15 ڈاکٹر صاحب میں اس ٹائیم ڈیپریشن کے دوائی کھاتے انڈرال یورپین وغیرہ مگر میرے 6مہینے پہلی ہم مچھلیاں کھاتے بہت زیادہ اس وجہ سے ڈپریشن بھی شروع ہوا ہے مینے بہت سے ٹسٹیں کیا مگر بیماری کا کیسی نے بھی صحح حل نہیں نکال پیشاب کا رنگ پیلا ہوتے اندر کلیجہ یا اپر چاتی دونو درد کرتے جسم میں تاقت نہیں ہوتے
