This is a place for sharing our videos and movies from trips or from our efforts to learn something new about Final Cut Pro. Started making movies in iMovie in 2023 and have graduated to Final Cut Pro. Have no training in photography, videography or the aspects of movie making so I'm learning as I go.
2023 A Watery World YouTube 60FPS 4K
This is one of the first videos I made when I was learning iMovie. Putting a few videos together let me play with slow motion, transitions and some very simple color grading. Video is from Moorea, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tasman Sea, and the South Pacific Ocean.

Slide show from out trip in 2014 to Hawaii to sale on the Pride of America. Visited Oahu, Maui, Hawaii (Big Island), and Kauai on a 7 day cruise. Some of the pictures were taken with digital zoom so they look at bit pixelated. The camera also wasn't the best at the time. Enchanted Rock State Park 5 10 2024 - 4K

Went to Enchanted Rock State Park today for a 5.25 mile hike. The rain yesterday had the wildflowers out in full force. Learned something new today about the camera....it had reverted to 4:3 aspect ratio rather than 16:9 and I didn't realize until halfway through the hike.
