Isn't fate zero is the first?!

the problem I have with Yuri on Ice is that I wouldnt call it an LGBTQ anime...Dont get me wrong. I know Yuri and Viktor end up together, but I wouldnt call it BL or Gay anime just based on that. The whole plot is mainly focused on the ice skating and competition and not on their love. Thats why I find the genre "Shounen Ai" kinda misleading to this anime.

Welp as a fate fan up to date with fgo and almost all other entries i knew toaru had a reason for being popular maybe a slow start but in the run a great story. My problem and doubt are? Number 1 how does touma know how to box throwing hands without knowledge or training perhaps the others relying on their abilities. On index touma was just a dumb hero guy tryng not to die but on railgun seing a dumbass win against number 1 changes your world view.

Fffffffffffff! I just finished Accelerator without knowing it was a part of a series. I really liked Accelerator. So I’m gonna give Railgun and Index a shot.

Sotsu was really very bad. Gou was a great set-up. Had good foundation. Sotsu messed up everything.

One thing that irked me about the film is that cipher, which came up right near the beginning, when it was explained to Harker that a letter in the cipher was found at each murder-suicide scene. Longlegs started his spree at the end of the 60s. - Side note: was Manson's Family part inspiration for him? - How come that in nearly 30 years no-one had figured out the cipher?

The manga for Utena was being written simultaneously with the anime, with the anime being created by a group (Be-Papas) which inlcuded director Ikuhara and writer Chiho Saito. Partway through production, Chiho Saito, the writer of the manga -- and nominally the writer of the anime! -- gave up on the manga adaptation, so it stops partway through. This happens because, as she said in the DVD commentary for Utena, "I think the revolution had already happened in Mr Ikuhara's head". (She was trying to make the story make sense -- she's an excellent writer, but far more grounded than Ikuhara.) After the series of Utena, the even more acid-trip movie The Adolescence of Utena was made, which is an alternate-universe version of Utena which IMO adds some commentary to the original. It was made after the creators knew what the fan reaction to the series had been, and is almost a response to the fan reactions. What I say about the Utena movie is: if you think a character is really different between the series and the movie, *they aren't* -- you're just seeing them from a different perspective. It was, IMO, an attempt to fill out characterization points which had had too little time spent on them in the series. Then the *movie* was adapted to a manga, at which point I think Chiho Saito understood what was going on, so it's quite clear.

Man the light novels where sooo good but the anime is ass but the spin off with accelerator is my favorite it’s really good but railgun is good too but index first season is ass BUT the second just makes it better but if you can’t get trough the first season I would recommend another anime called “ the unlimited hyobu kyosuke “ its similar but a lil better but still railgun a Excelerator

The Uzumaki anime sucked. It was completely and genuinely pointless. In no way, shape, or form was it scary, shocking, or adding anything to the horror genre. I was pretty excited to see it pop up when it launched and was immediately disappointed afterwards.

Almost all of the villagers practiced a strange(or weird) and extravagant ceremony where they would pretend to chase away the monster from their villages : eight days before the ceremony, they prepare by dancing and feasting (multiple dances and feasts); it’s allowed to insult with impunity even the most distinguished (I guess the monster must like the chaos). The day of the ceremony arrived. The people began, in the morning, to let out horrible screams. Villagers run in all directions like madmen(the specific word in french refers to someone that has an intense rage or that is in delirium), throwing rocks and everything they can find; the women search(this specific word can also mean chasing the bunny with a ferret?, whatever that means) in all the corners of their house and wash all their dishes, scared that the devil(referring to the actual devil) was hiding in the dishes (the actual word means that he would be stuffed in the dishes, which means that the women are probably trying to make sure he is out). The ceremony finishes when we search very well and when we are tired very well, then we are sure that the devil is far away. (End of the first paragraph) *I will add that this whole thing is, in my opinion, just a way for those villagers to make the monster, devil or whatever this is go away. I didn’t watch the movie, but wouldn’t the citizens(or villagers) in Longlegs maybe do a similar thing if they wanted to be sure that the devil of this movie wouldn’t be in their town(village) or home ? (Beginning of the second paragraph) The inhabitants of the Philippines boast about having talks with the devil. They tell that some of them that risked to talk with him alone were killed by this malignant genius(I don’t know if the genius here is about its intelligence or if it is a reference to the entity like in Aladdin, it could be both honestly), so they bring themselves in large numbers when they want to confer with the devil. The islanders of the Maldives do everything in their power to make the devil favorable when they are sick. They sacrifice roosters and chicken for him. (End of the second paragraph) *This one is interesting for me because this is about how people can try to converse with the devil to get what they desire, but also the dangers of this practice. Can this refer to Longlegs and the fact that he maybe tried to get something out of a devil, but doing it alone was his doom ? Wonder what you make of that. (Beginning of the third paragraph) The devil is singularly depicted by Pope Gregory I in The Life of Saint-Benedict (I guess the picture from the page originated from this book). The day the Saint(Benedict) went to say his prayers at the oratory of Saint-Jean?(I’m not sure if it’s the right saint(also Saint-Jean is the french way, the name would be different in english, maybe Saint-John?), or if this oratory existed), on the monte Cassino(Again, it’s hard to tell, but the monte Cassino was established by Benedict of Nursia, which the Pope Gregory I recount in The Life of Saint-Benedict), he met the devil disguised a veterinarian(Why?) with a flask in one hand and a halter(For animals). The text said : La mulo mediri specie. Introducing a comma breaks down the meaning: La mulo, mediri specie (Google Translation: “The mule, especially the mule”.) I won’t translate as it is because it would be a pain in the ass, but the end of the third paragraph tells us that the devil was often depicted with a doctor’s robe and mounting a mule with the tools of a doctor attached on the saddle’s hip because of this encounter between the devil and Saint-Benedict. The picture was drawn based on this corrupted text (Whatever that means). (End of the third paragraph) *I don’t know how I can relate this part to Longlegs. I guess it just means that the devil will use disguises, and that Longlegs could be a disguise for the devil like this one. Longlegs isn’t a doctor as far as I know. (Beginning of the fourth paragraph) This one tells another episode where Benedict encounters the devil. Saint-Benedict was told that one of the brothers in one of the twelve monasteries in the rule of the reformer had a mild behavior(Saint-Benedict was a monk, which means that the priests in those monasteries that he ruled devoted their lives to prayers and they would be forbidden from marriage. The reformer designates Benedict because he inspired, with his own book Rule of Saint-Benedict, the rise of monasticism in Western Europe in the early Middle Ages(according to his wikipedia page). Also, he inspired the English Benedictine Reform, which sought to replace married priests with celibate monks). This monk didn’t want to and couldn’t pray with diligence. Barely on his knees, he stood up to take a walk. Saint-Benedict ordered that we bring him the monk at Monte Cassino. When the monk, as usual, interrupted his duties, tasks, obligations (I don’t know which one is right) and went out of his chapel, the Saint(Benedict) saw a little black devil that pulled by the hem of the monk’s robe. (End of the fourth paragraph) *This one was the most annoying to write, and all I got from that is way too much information about Saint-Benedict. The only thing that came to my mind is that Longlegs was probably troubled by the devil like this monk. Now that I think about it, the little black devil in the images is probably referencing the little black devil that tormented the monk. (Beginning of the last paragraph) Among the countless episodes of history about the devil in the Lives of Saints(There are multiple books named like this, so good luck finding the right one ;). Those are all hagiographies, which means that they recount the lives of Saints.), some are weirder, some are scarier. Saint-Anthony saw the devil’s giant head stand up above the clouds and extend his large hands to stop the souls of the dead who took their flight to the sky(No one goes to Heaven under his watch). Sometimes, the devil is a real monkey, and his malignance is only expressed through mischief. This is how, for years, the devil was on the lookout for any way he could trouble the piety. (End of the last paragraph) *This one is pretty obvious to me. The devil will always find a way to trouble pious people like families in the birthday murders, and his way this time is(was) Longlegs. It was really cool to translate all of this. I learned new words both in English and French, and got more knowledge on religious history. I think it’s pretty evident that this whole page was there because Longlegs’s character and the way the devil acts in this universe was inspired from this book’s depiction of the devil.

funny enough my first fate season was zero I was scrolling on netflix and seen it so I gave it a shot and haven’t looked back loved it enjoyed the plot and got me into the series

This series is a shit show. Just make one story line who the fuck cares about all this confusing mumbo jumbo. For how much this shit is hyped it doesnt live up to it. The boys and i watched 2006 to start em all im order but the next one is the same shit with some differences. None of us care about routes they dont have one coherent story line there fore its all just garbage
