Did not help at all as that malware has hacked my DNS and an IT guy spent 2 hours trying to get rid of it and couldn't as the malware is blocking every attempt at accessing almost every website-he couldn't even get into the router/modem. Any suggestions welcome

I've been using computers since the late 80's and never ever got a single virus. How? I simply don't click on every silly "You won a million dollars!" link. lol

Now I need to search for where to find Kool ransomware 😂 If it’s been going around, maybe I can set up a honeypot.
