The bright LEDs will be worth testing out for a twilight shot.
VLOS to 1575 feet distance this morning at 383 ft. , chased by starlings at 150 feet. They were actively circling and pursuing for hundreds of yards. They tired after I ran them a bit and drifted away.
Updated the equipment. Poor air quality today due to wildfires out West, ozone.
Everything worked flawlessly. The drone is MUCH more nimble in regular mode. Looking forward to Sport Mode after some rain. 46 mph!
This video has me flying at max speeds of 35 mph.

This is boring up until the last 8 minutes or so. Just fast forward to 37 minutes and change. I just built a supercut of all GoPro-related footage. I need to splice in the phone and drone footage. At that point I removed the eclipse glasses lens I had taped to the GoPro. I caught the totality haphazardly, switching to my phone for it's nimble high-index digital zoom, then back and forth.
