This turned out so well! I really like the happy/wonder(?) type of expression she's making too and how even though it's more of a subtle expression, you were still able to capture it in your painting.

I've definitely been feeling a bit uninspired too when it comes to video ideas. But that's cool that your parents work in the same district! I guess the waiting probably gets old but at least it looks like you have some places to walk. And I think I prefer having one solid color for countertops but I'm not in the position to buy a house either haha. And that shirt is so cute!

That makeup organizer thing looks cool for all your paints! I like how your gallery wall is coming along too! I feel you on the job thing though, I really just want a job no matter what it is and now that I have a break from school (and am almost done) I'm just looking for something that will pay somewhat decently. It's sad that people have to find jobs that they are not happy with just to survive.

In high school I was in this program with a news station where we got to tour the place and talk to different employees weekly. It was really cool! I imagine that work environment would be kinda similar to a radio station, so I agree that that would be a fun place to work. And yepppp job searching is the worst. But good luck, I'm sure we'll both find something eventually!

Thank you. You’re amazing for sharing this and especially opening up. On the other end of the spectrum I work in the CCU COVID unit and this has really worn all of us out. Physically but especially mentally. I’m glad I watched this video. ❤️

I've been having pretty vivid dreams since I've been in isolation too! Most of them haven't been super negative, although I think one night I did jolt awake freaked out. I hate how there's still so much pressure to be extra productive right now-like we're in a pandemic, so we should cut ourselves some slack. If you're extra productive during this time, awesome, but if you're not, that's fine too. In my mind, I feel like I was behind in life prior to the pandemic, so now I feel like I'm behind even more. But then I somehow motivate myself and am inspired to stay positive, so my mental health definitely fluctuates a lot. Also I feel like life has a variety of races, so maybe you're on the sidelines for some, but I'm sure you're out there racing in others. Or even if it is one big race, I feel like everyone has to start out on the sidelines. Like, I feel like I've seen it multiple stories where there's a little kid staring wide eyed at all the cars racing by and that's where their inspiration/dream starts and when they promise themselves that one day, they'll be out there on the tracks with everyone cheering for them. And then they do it and it's great!
