Mine are trying to breathe air,are they okay?
@jackscott8371 Absolutely. They breath air very early. Still stagnant water is whey they prefer if themps are not overly hot.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 thank you for your help
Just ordered mines about 2 hours ago😊
@keithmatt1485 Once you get used to it you will like it. A cheap trigger upgrade and you will really like it. I will say it has not jammed once. Had probably 8 or 10 different loads and all shot fine. Good luck!!
What tractor is on your profile pick. I know a lot about John Deere but I have never seen one of them. Would like to know.
@LiamSchmelzer It's a 30s John Deere. Originally 12 horse power now 14 horse power. This is a customer tractor from the panhandle of Florida. He had Rim Guard installed. It's a pulling tractor on the regional vintage tractor pulling circuit. Seems like 34 to 36 range is what he told me, but I can't remember exactly. He had a bunch of custom parts he was going to test out. Not sure how it went though. It was a beautiful old tractor for sure.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 yea its looks very nice
I don’t know when you bought yours, but mine, and I have two of them, were manufactured in 2024. Over the last year or so they’ve improved the trigger to the point where if you don’t like it, there’s actually something wrong with you not the gun.I find the trigger a little heavy, but for this gun and the market it was intended for, the heaviness of the trigger is appropriate.
@pjfuscoonthenews1693 Well that's your opinion. In factory form it's a shit trigger by any measure. Try a kimber Mako or a hellcat. Vastly better triggers. I swapped a few parts in mine and it's much improved. Don't forget tye firing pin is also a junk setup and prone to fail. And the trigger components from Beretta has not changed since the APX carry came out.
And that’s your opinion, however faulty.
@pjfuscoonthenews1693 One day someone will let you shoot a pistol with a good trigger. You will be stunned. The apx a1 full size has one of the best triggers on the market today.
You wrongly assume I haven't. Needless to say I have a fine collection each one sporting its own unique trigger system. Don't assume, you almost always make an ass out of yourself.
You're doing the disassembly wrong if you are having to pull back the slide. Just take the mag out, pull the trigger and turn the latch down (but don't take the latch out). The slide comes right off. One of the easiest to disassemble and much easier than a Glock 19 gen 3. Assembling it is even easier.
@VintageTeak Unless it hangs up 80% of the time it comes off. Usually is practically falls off. Then other times it takes 10 minutes. The new guide rod seems to have fixed the finicky take down.
I just ordered 1 for psa. Can’t beat the price & rebate combo. Any updates. Only a couple months old video. Thanks.
How high are u?
Not real high. About 8 or 10 feet over the button brush and about 14 feet off the ground. Any higher in that spot and it blocked my view of a game trail about 200 yards out. Not the best spot but not real bad. Got drawn this year for 3 more hunts there. One muzzle loader and 2 general gun hunts. Will do some more exploration this year if the weather let's me.
I bought this and ended up returning it. The "BeadBuster" brand is smaller and works so much better, plus you can use them on aluminum wheels. BeadBuster's cost just a little more, but you "pay once cry once".
@randomstuffwithnofluff7472 I have no trouble with these. I use an old glove when I have a nice wheel. These are cheap and work dandy fine for me. Big thing is cheap. My tools live in my service truck. Not exactly secure.
All my rifles have the oil bottle in the grip. Easy, necessary and real dumb not to have.
@michaelshanahan4965 I keep the oil bottle in my 870 grip and one of my ar's. The others have batteries that match the weapon light on that weapon. Most comfortable grip for my hand.
it after 😏
Wow! That's a lot of vibration.
Nice! New truck looks great!
Air ratchets are outdated. A cordless Milwaukee hammer wrench M18 or Hercules from HF will work.
@kendalgee5808 Not in this case. In this case I have air hoses out already. My tools live in my service truck full time. That air ratchet cost $24 at harbor freight. And those breakers are rated for a 3/8 air ratchet with less than 50 pound feet of torque. That's why this is absolutely perfect for this application.
Trigger seems fine to me 😮
This one is better now that I replaced some parts. You should try the APX A1 trigger. It's dreamy compared to the carry or any striker fired for that matter.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 gotcha thanks !
When I hear people say the trigger sucks, they display a disregard and ignorance of the target market for this pistol. It was not meant for the experienced shooter. It was meant for older people and people with limited hand strength. However, the choice being between a more costly pistol with a traditional safety and a more modestly priced pistol with a trigger that requires a slight more effort was, to be blunt, made so that guys carrying it would not so often blow their balls off when drawing.
@pjfuscoonthenews1693 Well I'm probably not as ignorant as you think my friend. Us shooter call it a lawyer trigger. Has nothing to do with old either. Statistics show younger shooters are vastly more likely to shoot themselves. Strength has nothing to do with it. It's cancelable with a lawyer trigger. I changed 3 parts now the trigger is decent. When I see people criticize others about triggers they are almost never shooters. What's your background? I'm a competitive shooter for 30 years. Former law enforcement. And all around gun nut and gun smith.
Ballast is a great idea not worth the money for a compact tractor we got a mahindra 1626 it's one size larger then this tractor and it doesn't need Ballast if you need it to keep your tractor on the ground your pushing the limit. Juat use the fwd and locker they do the job they were built for
@andrewwhite2773 You would be totally wrong about that. Totally. A tractor as it sits from the factory is safe to drive and use. If you add a loader you must compensate. Most compact tractors require 700 to 1500 pounds of ballast to fully utilize the loader. I can get 80% to 90% of that number with Rim Guard. Water is 30% less weight. True story. A man bought a brand new 2026R JD. He was told 800 pound bales were totally fine as the loader would lift 1100 pounds. He had it delivered to his little farm. He got on it while his wife watched and he went to feed a bale to his cows. Had the bale about 2 feet off the ground. It rolled over and killed him while his wife of 50 years watched. Ballast is not optional. Is is a must. You can't deny physics. Read you manual on ballast amd a loader if you have one installed. Please be safe and don't tell people something you know nothing about. You will get someone hurt or worse.
@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 most tractor that come with loader attachment have a back who as an option if you cheap out then do ballast you obviously ignored the first part of my comment.
@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 thanks a 2026 I'd a huge tractor 3 times the weight of the tractor in the video. The point your making if for an entirely different class tractor
@andrewwhite2773 No tractor except summit comes from the factory with a loader. That is dealer installed. Backhoes are as rare as a blue moon on a tractor. I see maybe 1% equipped. Read the manual on ballast requirements for your machine. Cost has nothing to do with anything. It's about capabilities. For example a 2021 74hp JD with loader amd water would only pick up 1000 pounds instead of tue rated 1500 on fork center. We went to Rim Guard on that machine and he then added 300 pounds of steel to get to the recommend ballast as per JD. He can now handle 1500 to 1600 pounds. Client was thrilled. This is not shade tree stuff. This is pure and simple math. More load need more counter ballast. Again. Read the manual of ANY machine.

Not another Trigger whiny baby.... It's a carry gun without an external safety, I want a heavy pull.
@thomasward00 Personal choice. I have owned a pistol for 42 years. I have never had one go off when it shouldn't have. So I'm more concerned about quickly and accurately hitting the target and a quick follow-up shot. I have changed the springs and guide rod in it. It's better now than it was. Try shooting a BUG match with your hard trigger. Be prepared to be humbled. You will learn quickly how bad a shot you are. Range day shooting does not count.
Trigger doesn’t seem that bad to me. It feels kinda shitty dry firing it but once at the range I can ring steel pretty easily with it. Definitely easier to shoot than a double action revolver. Or an s&w sd9 pistol. That was the worst stroker fired pistol trigger I’ve ever shot. Felt like a $10 staple gun.
@joes.7536 I had a ruger ec9 briefly. That trigger was scary trash. I did some work on the carry. Found a trigger spring kit. And it turns out they have a problem with the firing pin. It uses a tiny little piece of plastic to hold the firing pin in place. Aperently they are prone to fail. The same company also makes an all metal firing pin kit. Did both of those amd added and weighted metal guide rod. Other than the long reset it dramatically helped it. The parts were very reasonable.
I am thinking of getting one of these just to have. I work at an FFL, and I can tell you for a fact, its a pretty bad trigger. It is almost undescribable how bizzare the trigger is. Before you call people whiny babies, maybe try it for yourself huh? And if you own it, good for you, but just be honest. Beretta 92...better trigger, Glock 43x.....better trigger, and i do not like Glock at all, Canik Mete MC9....way better trigger, Taurus GX4, S&W MP, Springfield Hellcat, Sig P365........all way better triggers. I like Beretta, but you calling people whiny babies is just saying that you are either Beretta blind because you own it, or you cant afford something better
@phantomstrike3310 With a few components I was able to drastically improve the trigger feel. The reset is still freakishly long but way way better. The parts were inexpensive as well.
Che sembrano gradire😊.

What do you feed them
Looks like fish flakes
What is the best thing to feed them
@silentwolf9193 I use a frog pellet from Walmart. You can't over feed them, though. If they have green algae, they are fine. If the water is clear, add a few pellets and wait until it is fully gone plus 1 day to feed again. They will eat until they get so fat they float belly up. And drown.
the trigger is like that as a safety it does suck but its still a great pistol
@alejandrooreilly5404 It's definitely great for the money. My wife's Kimber Mako R7 is almost identical size except a bit thicker. It has one of the best triggers I have ever pulled. And it is easy to shoot bullseye stuff. It's really nice but it was 525 when we got it. This apx was 199 and cheaper then that now.
@@alejandrooreilly5404 I just ordered trigger upgrades today. Stay tuned for an update.
Wash your hands
Some things don't wash off. I changed the main supply hose on my 763 Bobcat that day. I had stains for days after. When I put an injector in my 6.4 Ford I had stains for a few weeks. Try getting your hands dirty sometime. It's fun and rewarding.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771it’s crazy that some people are that afraid of getting their hands dirty
@jarednorriz5298 I'm dirty from daybreak till bed time. Often have 2 or 3 kinds of animal poop and grease etc.. all day. My mom would say don't apologize for working. Thanks for watching!!
Oh my gosh! I half expected you to be blown back a few feet with that last one!!! lol!!!!😂 I was like…wait!!!!….where is he?!? 😂
I was close but not to close. Watermelon landed over 75 feet away. And ruined a good 6x6 by splitting it into 3 pieces. Can't wait till New Year!!
Awesome! That's a lot of John Deere green.
Yes it is.
Nice setup 👍
@@TheREALLibertyOrDeath Thank you. I'm very attracted to that little thumper.
Ideally, any frogs/ froglets shouldn’t be in the same tank as the tadpoles. The frogs/froglets can get eaten by the tadpoles 😢 Froglets should really be separated ASAP into a tank/bin with mostly land, that has a gradual incline to a smaller water section while they (froglets) absorb their tails. This will offer them a better chance to survive. Thank you for at least trying to save these cuties
This is year 4. I have helped create hundreds of thousands of baby frogs. If they have food they won't eat each other. These are wild frogs. It is illegal to keep wild frogs. I just help them do what they are already doing naturally. They chose the spot amd the time. I just make sure they have water and algae. And keep a light on to help feed tue adults. I do not believe I have a legal right to to capture move or confine wild frogs. Nor do I want to. Nature doing it's thing.
Nice! Interesting to try it to see what flavor these trees produce.
Next summer we will do just that. I hope
what specie is?
Good question. We mostly have pine woods tree frogs I believe. And usually get a green tree frog once a year. I have also seen a leopard frogs several times. Been a big year for tadpoles this year. Had 3 breedings so far.
What do u feed them?
What do you feed them
When I do feed them and that's rare. Tetra makes a frog food pellet sold at Walmart. I feed them those. It's very tough to feed them as they get to fat and actually drown. Float belly up and can't turn over. As long as there is green algae they grow like gang busters. It the weather is cool and cloudy they can eat all the algae and have the water crystal clear. That's when you have to feed them. Believe it or not. Tadpoles are like micro sharks. Will viciously eat anything. Especially mosquito larvae.
Very cool! Keep those mosquito eaters coming along. 😂
They are vicious predators in their environment. Ruthless as can be.
More seasoning
It's actually pretty strong. I use olive oil cooking spray to help it stick. Faily salty and a good amount of pepper come through. I'm stuffed!!
Perfect! You make it look easy.
Good pistol to carry for the money?
Absolutely. Has not jammed once since I had it.
@@tireballastserviceofflorid7771 Thanks for the review.
What is your EDC?
@rickwilkins8353 It's a Ruger 1911 commander in stainless steel. I kept the barrel frame and slide. Threw the rest away. Replaced all the parts with Wilson Combat bullet proof stainless parts in gunsmith fit if available. The trigger is a dream and it's a tack driver. Cary a Wilson vickers 8 round mag with a steel weighted mad base. Almost always carry it in a Galco king tuk air. I'm very partial to a 45 for most applications.
For $179 after rebate, (which I got it for) yeah, I’d say it’s damn good for the money.
Ballast seems more important in the smaller the tractors. Just my two cents.
I think you got some BRAP sauce for your exercise bike. 😅
@braplife... lol
What is it that you do not like about the trigger?
It's about 11 pounds and feels like braking a wet stick when it finally does go bang. I'm sure it's a lawyer thing. The full size is a dream trigger.
I think it's 6.5 lbs. mine does suck too but I think I'm getting used to it
@jameswilliams7578 I'm fairly sure mine is a bit more than that. Feels just like a junk BB gun from the 90s. I need to reach out to Beretta and see what parts fit from the full size trigger group.
RIP Butchie. Sadly the white goat passed recently. He was our first and a rescue. And was our favorite. A real gentleman. Love ya little buddy.
