the beef bacon was so tough that I had to chew it like gum and spit out about one quarter of it. I bought two packs. Not a good choice. Ribeyes are still great but now super expensive. All of the other (smaller) steaks were on the tough side and lacked flavor. I liked the outer skirt steaks tho. I tried going carnivore and just eating Porter Rd. I got sick. Had to quit and start eating veggies, fruit, and stuff again. Not carbs tho. Or sugar. Not saying it was Porter Rd's fault. Carnivore eating is not all it's built up to be. Very hard on my system. Not digestion. That was fine. In fact, that was great. But my heart and liver and kidneys and gallbladder didn't appreciate so much red meat. Maybe if I'd done OMAD it would have worked better. My issues might stemmed from using so much avocado oil and too much butter to cook the meat. I bought an air fryer to cut back on the oil needed.

Just discovered your company through @not another cooking show. Ive committed 2022 to becoming a better cook and each month I read a book about cooking, sustainability, and community. I'm starting to take a hard look at my meat consumption habits and the consequences of supporting big agriculture. Discovering you was a godsend! So glad that an ethical meat company is out there that supports farmers, the animals, the environment, and the customer. Let's challenge the current American food system together. Thanks Porter road! I've probably spent upwards of 2k with this company since I discovered them over a year ago. And I will happily continue to spend my money with them! Everything I've gotten from them has been excellent. So much so that I've started sending out care boxes from them to my family. Cheers Guys!

I know personally I have looked up several videos on y'all simply because it is so inspirational! if it came from this channel there is major potential for Revenue. After searching I have to sort through videos to find ones that include you (james and chris) that is. I just truly believe there is a huge audience here on UA-cam that would completely "eat it up" (pun intended🐂🐖🐔🐑)! My wife and I just got our first order from you and everything looks wonderful. I have only had a hot dog so far (we’d already had dinner before the order arrived) and I don’t think I have ever had such a good hot dog. I think they deserve a better name because there’s no comparison to any hot dog I’ve had before. They’re more like a sausage. Thanks for the wonderful product. I can’t wait to try the ribeye steaks!
