Sir, Hamare ek customer ke pass Tp-link ka XC220 G3v wala ONU router hai to wo wala randomly internet se disconnect ho jata hai par baki sab coustomer ke connection thick rehta hai. To kya esa kuch specific hai ki ham Syrotech ka OLT ke sath sirf syrotech ka hi router use kare ya koi bhi brand ka ONU router use kar sakthe hai jesa ki un customer ke case me hai. OLT se re-configure karne ke bad internet connection thick ho jata hai par phir kuch din me same disconnect ka issue ajata hi to kuch solution dijiye esa kyun ho raha hai aur kya kiya ja sakta hai ise fix karne ke liye. Wo 2 mahine se BSNL FTTH connect use to kar rehe hai par ese 3 bar disconnect ka issu aa chuka hai.
