@@MrJestyler I really wasn’t even going to publish these videos… However, I felt compelled to… I kind of wanted to go out around the Greer and Greenville last week however I was still dealing with my own damage and people without power and really didn’t find the time to make videos. Although I think now maybe I should have to get the information out. There’s one guy I’ve been watching named Mark Huneycutt up in the mountains and he’s been doing a real good job of giving true information and showing what they’re dealing with up there. I feel like we’ve been dealt a heavy hand here too, but we’re pretty much back on our feet here. I felt like I needed to lay eyes on my family in Burnsville and also do something small to help and mostly what they needed was bodies helping unload truckloads of supplies come in. @@southernstalwart good to hear your area is back, my aunt lives there so had police check on her since she is person I know who still has landline but that was out. You get points from the big guy for helping others 👍👍

I really didn’t want to mention I gave a hand in helping because I didn’t want to try to get any credit at all but also don’t want anyone thinking I’m just going to film either. That’s also why I didn’t do any narration or anything. I’m also not monetized so not making anything off this. Did your area get hit by Helene?

@@southernstalwart hahaha! You can log on to UA-cam and search for 360 camera videos. These videos are of real places, and it’s crazy how it feels like you’re really there!

@@BatteBites thank you! And I really didn’t think it would be scary at all but when I put it on.. it messes with you and I really felt as though I was up there even though it appears animated… crazy how the brain works

@@southernstalwart absolutely understand that! I’ve played a flying sim on our daughters and makes me light headed and dizzy even if you know you’re in your living room haha. Will have to download the plank one day haha 😆

@@BatteBites yep! Cupcake was our puppy but we were working so much in 2012 that we gave her to my mom… she has had a great life with her… fortunately my mom moved from MD to NC so now I get to them more!

Ya brother! Watching ur vids because im moving there next week from Florida...should have moved beginning of summer but unable. See you around! I chose Greenville over Savannah or Nashville because its clean with true southern hospitality and not a metropolis...and close to mountains. Correct me if im dreaming, but the people there seem extra pleasant, polite and easy going. And the park downtown and SwapRabbit trail...it seems like a dream, apart from the chaos of the rest of the world! Am i overly optomistic? Lol. Let me know : )

@@D.E.Saccone-no4og so like anywhere else, it does have its cons… the drivers along with the roads especially… I think you’ll agree with that once you arrive. Overall it is a great place and I frequent the Swamp Rabbit trail. For the most part people are very friendly. A lot of things to do without having the negatives of a bigger city. I love Savannah also but feel like Greenville is a better spot! Best of lick with your move

Have you experienced the driving in Miami/Ft Lauderdale for an extended time? Lol. Its like NY city but on meth and drunk! Seriously. People everywhere, it seems, dont pay attention due to smart phones and tons of Meds they are on...and thats everywhere in the country! And pedestrians dont pay attention either. Its a different world than you or i grew up in, thats certain. Thanks for saying hi again - Cheers!

@@TheHonorlord I’ve been stung several times by me probably surprising it as well. This is the first time one actually just landed on me and I let it crawl on me, but then I started getting nervous after a while so I kind of move my hand so it would go away. Luckily I didn’t get stung.

@@southernstalwart Thank you! Indeed I love the restaurants in the West End and all the little shops. I didn’t mean to imply you need to update your video- I was just impressed to note the growth the area experienced in such a short time. I come from the land of fast drivers and bad roads! I can’t imagine it will be worse there than here, unless driving too slow! But when I was there I found all the highways to be very tolerable! I’ll keep an eye open for you and I’ll say “hi!” If I see you on the streets!
