Some agreed with me, and others, like you, completely disagreed with me. I have to take criticism as well as appreciation when I release videos. @ravijaquez7 yes she got a LOT of hate, but let's be honest, she is absolutely loved in Korea! Stop pretending that her and BP somehow magically got popular without Korea. She auditioned to be a kpop idol, she was accepted in a Korean label, trained in Korea and debuted in Korea. Of course she can grow and move from on kpop. But say she doesn't owe Korea anything is disrespectful to all of the korean fans. As for YG, she made them a lot of money of course. But yg did invest time and money in BP as well as lisa/other member solos. My point is that you can grow and evolve but you can't forget where you started and who helped you on your path to success. Talent means nothing if someone else doesn't recognize it.

@@x_hunter00 To say that she was accepted by YG is a joke! YG went to Thailand to look for talent that they couldn’t find in Korea and had a contest of 4000 people where Lisa won! Then she trained for 5 years before debuting. By winning that contest that means she earned a spot to become an idol. Then by dedicating 5 years of her childhood to become what YG wanted her to be is putting the time to construct her craft. After all that just so Koreans can be racist to her just because she wasn’t Korean. The Korean people didn’t love her they tolerated her because she was so talented. Yes this is what she wanted to be but after everything she has been through you can’t blame her from wanting to do what she wants now. 7 years of doing what YG wanted from her as a solo artist is more than paying her dues. She could have not signed on to be with Black Pink anymore but cares about her fans and the 3 ladies she shares the group with.

@ravijaquez7 she didn't get special hate because she was from Thailand. She got hate because she was trying to be an idol. You think Koreans don't face extreme from korean kpop fans. Unfortunately, that is one of the ugly sides of kpop. Whether you like it or not YG gave an opportunity for her to achieve her dream. Yes, she was talented but if YG didn't provide her with a platform to showcase her talent then she wouldn't be famous.( she might have become famous by another way but that's guessing) I have no problem with her leaving YG and kpop behind. I've said it multiple times and I believe that is great for her personality. But let's be honest. Lisa isn't popular because of Lisa. She is popular because of Jennie, rose, and jisoo. She is popular because BP. She is popular because of YG. She is popular because of kpop and Korea.

So truly she got even more hate because she wasn’t Korean. Yes she won her opportunity to become an idol through YG and that came at cost but she has paid it off in spades. If the other 3 members felt that they still owed YG for the opportunity they got then they would have signed with YG for their solo career. Why do you think they didn’t sign with YG either?? They didn’t want to be screwed over financially and then have no say so to what they wanted. Nah, but you don’t want to hear about the other ladies. I think you are overestimating the amount of hate and I may be underestimating the amount. 🤔 As for not being with yg, it's obvious that they just want more money for their work. Each one is their own brand and so they should get more financial benefits. As for now we can't compare because Lisa is the first to release under her own label/co post yg (unless jennie did already?). Although I am excited to see what comes, especially from jisoo. 🤔😁

The song wasn't anywhere near money or lalisa...those were bangers. I looped money for a month. If Lisa hadn't been part of kpop, no...she wouldn't be world famous. Thats facts, but kpop wouldn't have had the exposure without her either. It's one song that didn't hit with him or me. That doesn't mean, as a blink, I won't continue supporting her. This song just didn't hit with me or hunter. Nothing wrong with that, you do you. And as he asked, if this hadn't been lisa..would you have paid attention to it?

Not every song is perfect and we should as fans be able to say that without being called "closed-minded". I am fan of hers. I am a fan of blackpink. If you watch my previous of Jennie and the MAMA AWARDS you would know that. Could Lisa/BP have become famous without Korea? Maybe, but we do know they became famous because of Korea. If Lisa wants to be more than a kpop idol that's great, but she can't forget her "roots" either. Also I like that fact she repped Thailand, so don't what your trying to imply. 🤔 In the end we need to be able to say a song isn't good or as good from an artist. 1) I did see it before posting because I have to edit it myself...2) These are my genuine reactions. These are my reactions as a new fan as well as someone who isn't like a music scholar, for lack of a better term. Part of why I do these videos is for people to leave comments and give me more knowledge of the groups and their music in order to maybe get new fans such as myself. If you expect a deep breakdown of the song, I'm not going to to do that...3) As for the song itself, I wasn't bored. I will not pretend to be super excited, have exaggerated facial expressions just for the sake of it. It was a good song, I enjoyed it and I will listen to it more and more, just like all of the other songs I have reacted to.

Too many new songs coming out! But i will watch it and post it, be on the look out for it.
