service centre does not return the products and there is no contract between amazon and service centre. The companies are basically asking us to use warranty. Many times service centre will push you for repair and they dont have any replacement stock. Thereby, it cannot be called " service centre replacement ". And in case of phones and laptops, delivery boys had been checking serial and emi numbers in the past to make sure that the actual product is getting returned . If people have to use warranty , then there is no difference between amazon and offline shopping

कुछ ऐसे लोग भी होते है जिनको कानून की जानकारी है वह इन कम्पनी के खिलाफ कंज्यूमर फोरम में शिकायत करके अच्छा माल भी कमा लेते है कुछ लोगो कम्पनी के लूपहोल्स का फायदा उठाते है अपनी गलती नही देते है

अगर मैने कोई मोबाइल मांगया पर मै उस दिन उसकी डिलिवरी नही ले पाया तो फिल्पकार्ड ने मेरा मोबाईल वापस ले लिया और रिफंड कर दिया तो क्या मै फिल्पकार्ड के खिलाफ कंजूयमर फोरम में शिकायत कर सकता हूँ कि वह प्रोड्कट बाद में डिलिवर कर सकते थे

Then why shall go for online shopping? I m far away from any company service center.... alternative solution should be done... that's not the fair....
