This rice is what we use for riceballs in ghana We have jasmine, basmati, local etc etc The rice you bought is not rice we typically eat here. We use the basmati or jasmine for most rice dishes and we use the one you bought for rice balls or pet food. Who says we don't bargain? The market women are not ready to bargain because they're not fluent in English ans dont want thw headache thata why they don't bargain.
