The Spring Lake Lakers Football team is ready to show what it's made of. They have been grinding all summer bulking up, practicing, building the team. Coach Mallory has focused on tightening up practice processes for efficiency and speed of play. Because of this, they're ready to win now! Go Lakers!

Fall Sports Update: Girls Volleyball! Spring Lake Girls Volleyball has a new coach who has his sights set high: "Every time I open the gym, I want to win a state title." The girls work hard, have great team chemistry, and are ready for the season. Battle on the Boardwalk is Thursday, August 29 with these approximate times: -Boys, 9:30a -Freshmen Girls, 11a -JV Girls, 1:30p -Varsity Girls, 4p

Fall Sports Update: Boys Cross Country The team is young, but they know what they want: to get back to the state meet. They've narrowly missed it the last couple years, and they are ready to get back. Led by senior, Parker Woodwyk, this is an overall young team ready to make some teams nervous. Go Lakers!

The Girls Varsity Swim team has their first competition today and it's a big one: a whole conference meet in their brand new division. Can they bring home a state-qualifying time in their first meet of the season? Hopes are high! Go Lakers!

For the Varsity Boys Soccer game tonight, Coach Thelen says, "It all begins with a defensive foundation." The team has a new look, and the boys are ready to play for each other. Go Lakers!

The girls are ready for the season! Zoe Dull states, "I want to win a lot of tournaments and hopefully the big one at the end." Go Lakers!
