I'm a big Sonic fan as I was HS friends with Jerry and also Bob Bennett back in their prime. I went to all the the concerts of around the Tacoma, Olympia area...there were a lot of local rock groups in the area but the Wailers and the Sonics were my favorites. It was a great time 60 to 66 in this area the Northwest Sound was so unique. But then uncle Sam said he needed me and by the time I returned everything had changed.

Seems like a fascinating film. Sad, but also encouraging that a nonprofit found out about her case and were able to get her home to her niece with some compensation. After seeing the trailer, I was thrilled to find that my city library already had bought some copies.

Sad that Mojo and the person he played in the Great Balls of Fire movie, Sun Records drummer JM Van Eaton, both died within a day of each other. RIP
