This is not hate, but constructive opinion: White bread isn’t good: instead dark bread with much more nutritions More vegetables (doesn’t have to be spinach!! But can be a paprica, a carrot or maybe tomatoes or cucumbers, those are mostly things toddlers like to eat. Replace chips with REAL potatoes… And highly processed meat is ridiculous to give a child. It is truly poisoning. Be aware that you are the responsible person for your child’s health. You can affect weather they get sick or get other incurable diseases. In Germany you can buy organic vegetables and fruits (who are not sprayed and injected with chemicals), which I really appreciate about our health system. You can change little things that have a huge impact on health. For example not cooking with seed oils, since they produce cancer-triggering transfats. You can instead cook with coconut oil that has the complete opposite reaction. Do the best you can for your children’s health. But truly this is not it. And this is NOT hate. I have experienced picky eaters and you ACTUALLY CAN influence their eating behaviour by always repeating giving them the same. They will eat it. Not everything has to taste good, as long as they don’t have to vomit it. You just have to be consistent and consequent. Again: this is not hate!

You inspired me to post a first year of college vid!💚

I understand freshmen are not allowed to have cars on campus at Ohio state, but in my personal experience, every friend I had that didn't have a car was unsuccessful freshman year. I don't quite understand the correlation but thats just an observation of mine. I think having the ability to get off campus at will makes a difference. They all suffered with severe depression as well that made their schoolwork suffer.
