What if my phone already shut off and is on 0%?

sorry, but my cellphone is at 0%, how do I turn on the cellphone? If I turn on the cellphone with the charger, what happens is don't turn off the target🙏,thankyou

I dislike it when I do updates, I have to spend a day or two going over changes I recognize and a month going over changes I didn't recognize. With Apps, features disappear and go to paid versions. So, I avoid updating. Well, a few years ago, I had to put my phone, a Galaxy S7, in the shop. Before I put it in, the manager asked if my OS was current. I said no. He said that they would need to update it before or during the course of the repair. I ended up updating the OS, myself. I made a couple of backups of my phone and took it to the shop and got it back a couple of days later. Soon after, I started getting the "Moisture in the USB Port" warning. This was probably about 4 years ago, around the beginning of the 2020. The first time I got the Moisture warning, I had brought my phone into the bathroom while I took a bath. I had been doing this for 3 years and never had a problem. Apparently, this annoying warning was an addition to the Android OS Update I had installed. Ever since, I periodically have this Moisture warning for no apparent reason. This time, it started 3 days ago. My phone hasn't left the house in 3 weeks. There's no way moisture got into the phone's USB Port or on the connector on the USB cable. It makes no sense at all. After trying Brown G's solution, my phone has been charging for about 45 min. It seems to have cleared the issue triggering this stupid Moisture warning. Thank you so much Brown G.

for some reason, I don't get the system apps option = I only get 3 options like permissions and whatever - so I read thru the comments and liked the similar comment recently about not seeing "system apps" and read more comments. By the time I finished reading thru all the comments, I looked at my phone - and the warning was gone - my USB had dried out. So thank you!

Yeah and I can also suggest you one thing. If your phone port touches any sources of moisture. You should keep your phone under the room fan at high speed for 15 minutes. And Voila! since then I havent had any single warning.

Another way to bypass the moisture detected issue is to turn off your phone and wait about 14 seconds then plug it! since the phone is off it will not sence moisture plus your phone charges really fast! last option is to charge it wirelessly though that option is slow is best if U charge it @ night while you sleep.

Didn't work for me. Still says moisture detected. Port is completely dry

I have 0% at the moment, and i cant really do this fix. I think it might be fluff/ actual water, ill come back with an Edit part below and tell ya if it worked. Edit: 1 hour later I just got a paperclip and rummaged around the charging port, cleaned it. Then I used a different charger, got it to 5%+ just enough time to change the settings so it would charge normally.
