Getting hurt within the first week of a 30 day trip in another country on the other side of the world is NOT the ideal way to start a vacation! When riding a motorbike/scooter, be careful and consider wearing pants if you can. Had I listened to my amazing wife and worn pants that day, I never would have had this issue for the entire trip. That is the first time I've heard of not allowing filming in a HEB store. I think it must be that particular store. ?? Anyway, my store is smaller than the one you went to. But I still nabage to get everything o need or want. And the employees are great!! I love my HEB!

Not sure how tech savy you are, But if you are familiar with "Audacity" and audio editor you can use that with a plugin callen openvino to strip the music and retain the words from the audio file. Then just merge the new audio over the video. But yeah that is kind of effort haha

I'll share the opposite. When I worked in Qatar, I missed pork. Some filipino food doesn't seem to hit right when you substitute pork with either beef or chicken. You could get pork bacon, but you need a pork license, and getting one requires being in a certain income/salary bracket.
@Mageman17 oh yeah, I could definitely see that being an issue! Our current minor stressor with moving to the Philippines is beef... I had a few burgers on our trip, and they were gross. It also seems like finding any beef is hard to do unless in the big big cities.

@dauwg99 honestly man, a tune after mods would almost always be beneficial, but in this case I read somewhere it's not necessary and so far no Check Engine Light. Now you've got me thinking about it more though haha. Thanks for watching!
@@MabuhayLifeAdventures Hahaha! Well, if you're in the US (unlike myself), you can mail it to Moore Mafia and they'll sort you out for like $250 or something. They also tune out the crazy fuel cut off when you go off the throttle so apparently it gets way smoother. The guy just told me to expect +5hp if you do the yoshi, high flow air filter and Moore Mafia ECU flash!

Really fun video. I remember my first trip to the Philippines. It was to meet my bride to be. I was a nervous wreck. LOL.. It took a while to get use to the humidity but following around a beautiful Filipina made it easy. haha.. I didn't get to explore Manila due to a Typhoon but did have fun around Cebu, Lapu Lapu and Palawan. The underground Rivers was truly amazing and highly recommend.

My camera mic doesn't do the exhaust justice, but it gives you an idea. I love the growl and deep tone it brings to the table!
There are only two real brands of exhaust. Bassani and Yoshimura. All others are sub-par.
The transition from talking about it was really good. So far off to a great start in this video i think.

As of April 2024, the volcano was under Alert Level 1, which means there was a slight increase in volcanic earthquakes, steam or gas activity, and sporadic explosions. Entry to the Taal volcano island is prohibited and flying aircraft close to the volcano is not allowed.
Would you stay in a place like this?!?! Or are the heights too much? 🤣 I definitely didn't stay on the balcony for very long.

What camera do you use? Love the quality
@dannygrissom1 for walking around we use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. It has a 1" CMOS sensor so the quality turns out great in daylight and low light situations. For under water we use a GoPro9, but might upgrade next year.

Many parts in America that I would not dare walk through. I lived in Manila and never felt in danger ever ..
@sfrealestatedealmaker6001 we went all over the PH in 30 days, and I can say I wasn't worried either. Of course we made conscious decisions to not go out at night in certain areas like China Town, but overall no issues. Thanks for watching!

Even with the mold issue what online site are you using for airbnb. Also would you recommend your own transportation a car ?
Really just the AirBnB app itself. We might try hotels next time, but the AirBnBs are usually cheaper all around. For Baguio, I would NOT recommend your own transportation, simply because the Taxis are very well priced and convenient. They don't have Tricycles up there, but we usually only paid p70 or so to get around with Taxis (p40 starting fee which is normal). To get to Baguio, it'll be quicker with your own car, but honestly, get the deluxe straight through bus and it's fine. We got one on the way back, and it was nice.
