Making A Double Seam

This video demonstrates the double seam process. For the demo, I used a pc of 16oz. copper and just clinched the vertical seam.....which I soon figured out , the clinch gets in the way of the roll process....so it is a bit bumpy :) I usually would solder the seam .

Thank you ! That is a Dayton speed reducer 6Z129 40:1 Definitely overkill on power, but is perfect speed.
Is there a way I can purchase the conversion kit from you guys? Instead of just the plans?

So do you make the female side on a button lock machine and bend it around by hand to clip it in, or do you roll the female side through rollers to get the radius?
Yes, I open the front rollers so it does not crush female lock and then roll it through as a normal pc.
can this double seam on the bottom be made by hand using hand tools? Is there some sort of hand device that can be turned to work around such a thing and lock down the base?
There may be some stakes that would do this, but I am not familiar with those.
