I don't remember when I first discovered this, but it went straight onto a playlist of playful songs that I bring up when I'm in an exceptionally good mood or when I'm having a rough day and I need a reminder that the world is a place where a bunch of talented musicians will put in a whole lot of work for the specific purpose of having fun. This one is marvelous, because I can listen while I'm doing something else or get up and dance. And I'm very, very envious of anybody who gets the chance to make music this way.

I dont know how youtube knew I needed to see this, but I did.

It took a bit of reasearch but the Mariba band are Schoolkids in Honaloulu hiawia And the search was well woth it to watch them, all gig! it must take hours and months of practice to get that good. Great entertainment kids and teachers of the school.

So wonderfully joyous! I’m 80, and wish I’d had the opportunity to play like this. I listen to it a lot, and love moving to the rhythm.
