About this video:
When making the tracks on this album last fall, I played around with some free text-to-video generators. Ended up finding one that was creating these uncanny images, and generated silly prompts mostly centering around alien nuns. Over a couple of months, I was able to create about 160 workable 3 second clips before the generator was sadly taken down. The clips generated in 360p and they were then upscaled up to 4K (believe me the quality is much better than before lol).

Worked on some songs in early 2023 for a new album that expanded on the previous break tracks uploaded here, and then went back and edited those old tracks to get them out. Now i'm back working on versions of these batch of tunes and have a melodic one here. You can listen to a mixed/edited version of this track here: l-rai.bandcamp.com/album/vid-break-tunes This track started from sampling some sacred choral music. From there, it was put with 96 break patterns on the polyend tracker, and then the rest of the song was built using various other samples and a tb-03 bassline. Thank you for listening

Improvising from scratch with the TB03 and TR8S (minus the kick). Overall, this is more of a showcase of the time mode on the TB03. Actually, they were on the Polyend Tracker. You can do breaks on the digitakt though, it's just different in programming, fx, workflow, etc.
