Great video guys. I’d love to hear more about whether you’re planning to earn a living from the farm, and if so, what do you plan to farm? Are you living there full time?

I won’t use a skill skill saw in this manner. At least with a hand saw you may cut yourself but not lose a finger. Buying a plane or belt sander is one hell of a lot cheaper than a serious injury. I know of several tradesmen and DIYers who have lost fingers and it is just not worth taking the risk. Also a couple of splinters from the saw without eye protection can cause serious injury. And I have lost enough hearing despite being careful not to use hearing protection But the fence looks really good and I would stain or paint as we put so much effort into it we want it to last and stay looking good.
